I have used the service twice, and both times have received excellent communication and service from both Benenden and the hospital used. I would highly recommend this service to everyone hoping to shorten their wait on NHS lists. I have had a very good experience.

Thorough, empathic doctor who was decisive.
The app made a rapid appointment very easy with a time of my choice as an employed person.
The doctor had access to my Surgery details and was able to make an informed decision about my medical complaint.
So much better than trying to get through to my GP surgery.

Been with Benenden over 45 years. Only once used the service for an x ray. Needed some manipulation on the spine. Told by Benenden they don’t do that now!!
Needless to say,both my wife and myself have cancelled our membership.

Challenge
I was able to see a consultant who then referred me to another consultant but Benenden refused to pay the following on consultants bill of £150 this was very poor… I feel its always a challenge when you deal with Benenden to get help… I appreciate it’s not Bupa or AXA but it can be a fight to get the help and result

Rang benenden with a health issue as the hospital letter says wait time 18 months . They gave me 3 consultants I could use and what hospital . I rang and made an appointment and was seen the following week . Very happy and put my mind at rest
