Item arrived nothing like the quality in the photograph! Thought it was from london however had a tag with chinese writing on it.. would have thought as a london based company it would arrive quickly but took ages ... as if it was being despatched from outer mongolia.
Definitely wont order again!

I thought I’d ordered a very smart quilted jacket from this company. This jacket was £130 reduced to £44.95. It was quite a thick quilt, lined with fitted pockets. The jacket I received was very thin, not lined and nothing like the jacket I ordered. They are using Bennet&Stone website to show a superior jacket. The jacket has no return details. Eventually I got an email address and ended up getting a 30% refund after long negotiations. The returns address is not in the UK and customer has to bear the cost if they want a refund!!! The real Bennet & Stone are taking this up with their fraud department meanwhile the rouge company are still showing these adverts on Facebook. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Well you do wait a long time for your goods and you keep saying they are on the way but they do take a month it would be nice if it was quicker you have good quality clothes so all good on tnat

Beware. Please do not favour this online, fake deceptioneering organisation with your business. Great online photographs showing a knitted jumper but the delivered product was a copied version printed on poor quality fabric. Waste of time and money. Should have known better.

The items took over 2 and a half weeks to come and when they arrived they were 2 sizes too small. I got intouch to send them back and was told it would cost between £30\£50.
They tried offering me a small % back to keep them, but the shoes were no good to me.
The company should pay the return delivery charge as they sent me the incorrect items.
Still in dispute and would not buy from this company again

I was told several times that the jacket was with the couriers.
It took several weeks to arrive.
Quality of material very poor- not at all like what I saw on website.

Product was not even close to resembling what was shown on the website, it was so unbelievably awful I laughed..avoid at all costs. The website may look legit but it's definitely a scam company.

I purchased a jacket from bennet and stone London and when it arrived from china it was nothing like the photo or description. Very cheap looking and sizing all wrong. After a lot of emails to the company they eventually offered me 30%refund to my original purchase method ( which if I had accepted I don’t think I would have ever received this ) I was told if I wanted a 100% refund it would cost £30-£50 to return the jacket to Asia. I eventually contacted consumer advice Scotland and was assured I was entitled to a full refund and it was up to the company to cover the postage costs. Payment went to the Netherlands and I’m pretty sure there is no uk registered company. They still followed the same line so I contacted my bank and was successful in getting a charge back to my card. Please avoid buying from this “ company “ I wish I had read the reviews first before making this purchase

The jacket is very small not a size 14/16 I emailed to ask for a return label but was told it comes from China and it would cost too much to return it this is terrible I have to loose all that money do not use this company I willbe 84 in a few days time and cannot afford to loose this kind of money, please do not use this company.

The sizing was inaccurate, extremely small.
Comes from China, although company name includes London. Return charges are more than the original item cost.
Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely rubbish I’ve sent item back asking for a refund but I don’t expect I’ll ever see it ..

Very disappointed with quality of jacket , is nothing like picture I saw online !! Didn’t realise was coming from overseas !! If I could have returned for refund I would have but no info in parcel at all Would not recommend to anyone

thought I was ordering from UK. Garment was not the fabric I was expecting looking at the picture it looked knitted. It wasn't the neck was too tight and I am unable to get it over my head. Various emails complaining and it has been agreed I keep the article and have a 100% credit note. Not sure how that will work. If the garments and shoes are as bad as other reviews O think I have lost £50

I am afraid I got caught out by these scam merchants. There adverts showed a beautiful knitted jumper featuring nature scenes. The picture’s garment was obviously knitted as it had ribbed cuffs and a ribbed neck. What eventually arrived was a cheap printed polyester garment. The label claimed it to polyester and elastane but as it had zero stretch I believe it had no elastane in it at all. The fabric was so poor that I would not insult my sewing machine with and the stitch work was incredibly poor.

Being a non-stretchy fabric I very much doubt I would be able to get my head in it. The stupid thing is that using modern machine techniques they could have sold the garments that they are advertising and get good reviews a repeat business.

I did a check on Companies House for them and found what I believed to be them (hence I put the order in the first place). After taking delivery of this ‘garment’ I rechecked looking to put Trading Standards on to them to find the real company is a bathroom company. I am sure they are fine and are probably fed up with this set of shysters using their name!

Money taken straight away from bank account but took over 2 weeks for delivery. No reply to emails chasing delivery, poor communication. Shoes are not the best quality, would not recommend.

This is not the Jacket I ordered, the colour is green instead of duck egg blue, the sleeves & bottom of jacket are elasticated not what I ordered Jacket is very poor quality & worst of all NO RETURN PAPERWORK.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Awful product such poor quality ordered a 3XL and it would only fit a size 10!
Gave to my niece as what’s the point in sending it back as I am sure would not receive a refund!

Gave the impression it was delivered from UK but actually sent from overseas.
Took a month to arrive after many irrelevant emails saying it was on its way.
Very lightweight jacket (although this was what I was looking for) but not great quality. Will keep because I like the colour and is good for holiday travel.

Final update: my bank approved a chargeback for this scam. Get your money back, people!

Update: now stuck in an email loop with AI gradually offering me larger percentage refunds. If I want 100% refund it says I have to send the item back at my own expense to Asia. Much is made of the expense to push the percentage offer. It’s a long AI con. They know people will be unhappy and it’s all set up to allow them to keep most of the money while fobbing people off with a partial refund.

I think raising a dispute about the payment with our banks will be the only way. At least they’ll investigate.

Misleading in so many ways. This is not a London company; the image of the shop on their site is AI. Facebook page is run by people in Vietnam and the Netherlands.

Sweater I paid £39.99 for came and was like a caricature of the advertised garment. No soft knitwear, just a shiny nylon thing with sewed on cuffs and neck. Third-world sweatshop stuff of the worst kind.

The communication had been quite frequent - excuses for the delay in arrival - until I received the item and requested a full refund. Silence since then. Will be reporting wherever I can. It’s fraud.

They may be operating under various names. I’ve seen several other ‘obviously not UK’ similar advertisers on FB.

BEWARE- Do not order from this scam website. I bought a ladies padded jacket and when it eventually arrived it was very bad quality. The company refused to provide a refund unless I returned the item (but advised that it would cost of postage would be £30-£50). The item comes from China although the website shows a shop in London which I have found doesn’t exist.
