As others have said I thought I was ordering from a UK company but obviously not. Took a while to arrive but I am pleased with the pumps.
However reading other reviews I won't be ordering from them again.

Worst company I have dealt with . Was beginning to think it was a scam . One minute out for delivery then in warehouse being checked and so it went on for weeks. Eventually the wrong size arrived . They did offer to replace it for £15 postage but by this time I had given up so now I have a jacket 4 sizes too small

Took ages to arrive, about 3 weeks. Lots of useless emails saying they were this and that. When they arrived, so disappointed at the godawful orange colour of the shoes compared to the khaki photographed and described. Charity shop might even want them.

There was delay receiving the jacket I ordered and when it came the quality was really poor and the size ridiculously small. Really frustrated trying to return it for a full refund - they have tried every tactic to encourage me to keep it, and say it will be an international return, which I have to pay for, even though it was marketed as a UK company, and the return address on my parcel was in London. I will not be ordering anything from them again and will pursue trying to get my full refund. Don’t believe the marketing and the photos - they do not represent the product I received. Really really poor.

Complete scam, took weeks to arrive. My wife ordered some shorts for a cruise, took so long 3 weeks plus, they arrived whilst we were away.
On our return, we saw the quality was awful and they were nothing like as advertised.
When I asked to return, quoted £30-£50 shipping costs!!!!
We've learnt a lesson, never buy online from a non recognised company.
Beware using this company, a complete scam.

This store is invalid. It is a faceless online retailer you can never personally contact other than by email and does not operate within UK Trading Standards-beware!

Poor quality not worth the money

This is not a legit company, their advertising is a scam as the jacket I received was nothing like the photo. The item took weeks to arrive . Please DO NOT order from this company as you will be very, very disappointed.

Scam, my order has not arrived despite me being told it has.

Goods came from China not London as I expected. This is not a real company. Shoes were bad quality but too much trouble to return. They were tracked and arrived in a week.

Was extremely disappointed when the jacket I had ordered arrived. Nothing like the one advertised and would cost me quite a bit to return it. This company is a scam and I advise anyone reading this to avoid it.

This company in my opinion is a scam. I am currently involved in a dispute with them and what’s interesting is they still actually asked me to write a review this morning regarding my order which is bizarre.
I ordered 2 pairs of size 11 shoes which took weeks to arrive . When they finally arrived the shoes were size 13 and totally different or the ones I ordered. The quality is horrific.

When I contacted them they said I had to pay £50 to return them even though this was their error and it says they offer full refunds if not satisfied and the customer incurs no charges when the are not satisfied and the error is theirs. They have refused to offer me a full refund and even told me I have to pay £15 to send the shoes in the right size.

Regarding the company they show pictures of a London shop on their website however this does not exist. They have no presence in the UK even though they claim to.

Anyone who orders anything from them should be very careful and aware they are not what they claim and the quality is horrific. Additionally be aware if you don’t like the product you can’t just return it

This company is an absolute scam. Ordered two pairs of shoes in size 11. They sent size 13 and claimed it’s was 11. The shoes are totally different to what was on the website. There is no London shop. They have said I need to pay £50 to return them. I have reported them

Scam company not as advertised No shop in London , all help lines were false. Artical I ordered was absolute flimsy rubbish nothing like the picture . I don’t know how they sleep at night. TRASH , lies they need reporting to trading standards.

Lovely pair of sandals ordered, very comfortable

Very poor. Advertised as a London company is a deception. 100per cent refund !!! Returns have to go to Asia at a cost as they quote £30-50 pounds. Please definitely avoid
