The lady Holly that was dealing with return of goods and full refund,done an excellent job.Had no problem at all and she handled it with professionalism and care.
Unfortunately I needed to return some goods as they weren’t as I’d expected from the image I’d seen on line. However, the customer service representative was very helpful, courteous and prompt in her responses. We reached an agreement and I accepted partial refund whilst keeping the goods, which worked well for me as I can find another use for the items bought and saved the hassle of returning them.
The quality of the goods I bought is awful. Two of the items were damaged. One had a scratch mark in a prominent place and the other had a broken piece resulting in being unable to build. I am waiting for another two items to be delivered and am not confident that they will be in perfect condition. The three items built so far do not justify the unrealistic elevated price shown before they were ‘heavily discounted’ in the Debenhams sale. I thought anything sold via Debenhams website would be of a high quality but these furniture items have proved me wrong. I have given 2 stars because the customer service team responded quickly and resolution was reached for the damages goods.

Holly, Customer Services Co-ordinator was very prompt and efficient when dealing with my request for a refund via email. We were able to reach an amicable solution regarding the items ordered and I am now keeping the items rather than returning them. The communication between myself and Holly was friendly, constructive and I am extremely happy with the service provided.

Bought through a third party website (B&Q), was an issue with the item being larger than advertised which unfortunately made it unfit for purpose but customer service were quick to respond and tried to resolve before eventually providing a full refund. Item was good quality and as advertised minus the size issue.

Berkfield Home (via debenhams) delivered the completely wrong order. I ordered a bed and they delivered a speaker stand. I didnt open the flat packed package within the 14 days of delivery because we were decorating the room. When I discovered they had delivered the wrong item, I went through the appropriate process and they offered 50% of the cost as a refund. And refused to collect the incorrect item. This offer was far less than 50% of the item I had paid in full for. Leaving me considerably out of pocket and in possession of an item that was useless to me. Clearly issues in their warehouse and customer service. Wouldn't buy anything associated with them again.
