Bought through a third party website (B&Q), was an issue with the item being larger than advertised which unfortunately made it unfit for purpose but customer service were quick to respond and tried to resolve before eventually providing a full refund. Item was good quality and as advertised minus the size issue.

Berkfield Home (via debenhams) delivered the completely wrong order. I ordered a bed and they delivered a speaker stand. I didnt open the flat packed package within the 14 days of delivery because we were decorating the room. When I discovered they had delivered the wrong item, I went through the appropriate process and they offered 50% of the cost as a refund. And refused to collect the incorrect item. This offer was far less than 50% of the item I had paid in full for. Leaving me considerably out of pocket and in possession of an item that was useless to me. Clearly issues in their warehouse and customer service. Wouldn't buy anything associated with them again.

I recently took delivery of a small double bed and when i tried to build it discovered the instructions were completely unreadable, screws were missing and some parts were damaged. I let Berkfield Home know straight away and they were quick to respond. I sent photos and requested a refund expecting to return the bed, but was incredibly happy when i was told a refund would be issued, no need to return the bed! Berkfield Home dealt with my complaint professionally and were genuinely shocked to hear about my issue. Great customer service from this company, who clearly care about their customers, I would highly recommend using them!

I received the product on time and good service ordering through the Debenhams website. Unfortunately the product wasn’t as I imagined would work and so needed to return it. I tried to generate the return through the Debenhams website as it advised that a return label would be processed by following the link to “supportberkfieldhomes.com”. There was no telephone number or process to start a return. After going round in loops I decided to go to the Debenhams messenger service to try and get a return label through them. This was a major disaster and frustration as it is mainly led by an AI robot. This resulted in 3 days of long delays and the AI sending out the same request for information I had already given numerous times.
THE GOOD NEWS
Eventually I emailed directly to berkfieldhomes - perhaps I should have done this first but it wasn’t obvious following the links to the return process. However Holly came back promptly and start a dialogue that led to a resolution of the return. Holly was respectful, quick to respond and resolved the return issue. A big thanks to Holly for acting swiftly.
I would recommend that Debenhams review their website for the return process and ensure it works as intended

Parcel arrived later than expected but after speaking to the customer service team it looks like the third party dealer put the wrong delivery dates which caused the mixup.
Throughout the process the Berkfield home customer service team were super helpful and issued a refund on the same day I contacted them. After this experience I would totally buy from them again and would definitely not go through a third party seller and instead go direct.

I had to return a product. I was offered that I kept the product and accepted part refunds. I opted not to do this and was offered a complete refund as per Debenhams information

Great, purchased a massive 12 man tent, delivered , but realised before it was delivered was no longer needed.
Contacted the email provided and they offered a percentage off , but declined due to really no longer needed.
Been very helpful and will received a refund within 5 working days today is 17th April 2026 , so once all received back, happy to add more positive feedback.

The item ordered was too big for our hallway. On contacting Berkfield via email, we received a response from Holly, who was very understanding and dealt with our refund very efficiently. No issues at all, which is very rare these days. Would definitely order from Berkfield again.

This company is not sending the product you see on the photo. They are dropshipping from a company vidalx who send the product direct to you. There is no quality control as they never see drop shipped product. The call themselves Holly or Sam or other made up names. They are in fact an Indian couple drop
shipping the same rubbish you can get from Temu. Why not be transparent instead of misleading people
