How to deal with customers

Exceptional Customer Service.
I placed an order for two lamp shades, upon arrival it was clear were not suitable as they were an incorrect fit. Holly in Customer services, responded promptly to my request for a refund, once photos of the product and packaging had been provided, a full refund was processed. So happy with the efficiency of this company and excellent customer service.

We ordered a sq wooden (lamenate) shelf for our living room. Don't think my girlfriend realised it was printed lamenate. Looked out of place with our old wood floors. Debenhams offered a straigh refund. Great customer support.
