Why is nobody questioning why they are sending us all rubbish then asking us to keep/dispose of it for them when you say you don’t want it? (First they offer 25%, then 50% off, then full refund) I’d rather they just came and picked it up to be honest. Yes they are amazingly friendly but is there something dodgy going on here ?😂

My complaint about the goods I received were not the standard and quality that I would normally receive from Debenhams.
The company dealt with my complaint and refunded swiftly and very professionally and will be refunded.

Great customer service
I bought a dressing table through Debenhams, officially supplied by Berkfield Home, which was listed as Solid Oak down from £640 to £99. Unfortunately when it arrived and I opened the item it was not solid oak but rather just created with MDF. I emailed for a return with a full refund and the customer service from Holly at Berkfield Home was fantastic. She was understanding, and quick to reply from start to finish. She arranged a full refund and on top of that, I was told I could keep the item. I blame Debenhams for the mistake and the wrong description of the dressing table and I understand mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent communication
Ordered a coffe table which unfortunately was slightly damaged. Contacted the company who responded immediately. After further communication and acceptance of a partial refund the matter was resolved. I would like to say that the communication with this company is excellent, they went above and beyond to resolve the matter, which was done in 1 day.
