Good customer service
Having been disappointed with the furniture product I ordered I asked to return it. After a few efficient and helpful email exchanges, the Company offered a full refund instead of me having to repack the item and for Berkfield Home to have arranged couriers to pick the item up. Whilst being disappointed with the product, I was impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the customer service I received from James.

Wrong sized bed-frame
The bed frame I ordered did not match up with the mattress I also bought through Debenhams, unfortunately the sizing was not right when advertised. After contacting Berkfield Home directly they tried to resolve it by part refund but when I requested a full refund this was promptly agreed and I have now received it. Communication from the start was good and I am happy with the outcome.

Two very big parts were missing fron the TV cabinet (the top and back) I asked for the missing parts be sent or a replacement tv cabinet to be sent, but all they said was I could have 25% and then 50% refund if I kept the cabinet . What a joke the cabinet was totally unusable

Holly at Berkfield was responsive, pragmatic and efficient in helping me return and refund an item. She was solutions focused and offered me lots of options to make a purchase right. purchased 2 kitchen wall shelves. the product was very sturdy but i had to return due to my wall size. i spoke to customer services advisor james and he was lovely in trying to find a solution. in the end i asked for a refund as my kitchen is small and i had no space. and he swiftly processed this. thank you

The description on the website said Engineered Oak Coffee table. When it arrived it was not engineered oak, it was particle board with a veneer. This is clearly a breach of the Trades Description Act.
