Would have given a 5 as I love the jackets but before I ordered, I asked if there were going to be any sales, coupons, etc. I was told no, so I ordered a jacket anyway. The following week, they were $15 off!

On the good side, delivery was fast (Not free) & the jacket is cute & well made.

Found the coats/jackets are of great quality. Only problem is when I received my order the jacket was too small, too dense of construction. Not similar to the long coat I bought previously.

First time ordering a Bernardo jacket. Had to return for a different size. I was a little nervous returning it as there is not a phone number to call but I followed the instructions for returns and was issued a refund. Customer service was prompt in replying to my email. Couldn’t find a jacket I liked in my area so I was happy to find this fitted style of jacket. The warm red color is lovely.

Great service. Quick delivery. Coat was in a large box hung with a hanger and wrapped in plastic. I would don't hesitate to do business with them again. Also the product was outstanding.
