They seem to work as advertised but the company will NOT return email questions.
Tried several times but NEVER A RESPONSE!!!

I ordered pro Luna accessories kit, and It took over two weeks to receive. It
shouldn’t have taken so long!

The sound from these aids is great I forget I have them in. 3 weeks after I got them one of them went bad they replaced them with out any hassle 5 stars for customer service

The aids were only sound amplifiers. Could not hear voices clearly. Tried to return in the 45 day trial period but was told it started from the date of purchase not date of delivery. I missed return date by 2 days and didn't even have use of them. Would not last all day on a charge.

CAN NOT GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS PROMISED. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED. 5 DAYS AGO THEY WERE ORDERED WITH BEING TOLD I WOULD GET SAME DAY DELIVERY? STILL SITTINGIN THEIR WAREHOUSE AND BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES DIFFERENT ANSWERS

I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

If I could, I would leave 4.9 because one of the aids stoped working but after some advice that did not get it working they quickly sent a replacement. very satisfied with service and the aids.

Bought a pair of hearing aids and the right one would not hold a charge after 3 months. It stated they have a one year warranty. I finally got in touch after trying for 2 months and was told I could buy another pair at a discount and that was the warranty. So the warranty was I COULD BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF CRAP! What a joke

sometimes the left hearing aid squeels in my ear, does that mean it needss to be charged?

Great experience, the hearing aids work great easy to charge and very comfortable

I love these hearing aids. I like the comfort , being rechargeable and most of all the sound ! I have told my friends and last week 1 friend already ordered and is impreseed with the quality too. Highly recommend!

Not as good shipping policy as other companies. Sent a pair with Chinese shipping company that was impossible to track with up to date information. Sent a pair with a defective charger and stopped responding to emails to resolve the issue. Be aware

Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

Bought for my father. He is very impressed with them. Trying to get ahold of someone is another story. The telephone number on the website rings busy or isn’t answered. The telephone number provided in a response on one of these reviews is a no go as well. So needless to say. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone within your 45 day timeframe for returns.

This is just not working for me. I can not hear my husband's voice even when we are in the ssme room. He is frustrated with me and I am equally frustrated.

This is, without a doubt, the BEST hearing device I have tried. I have tried 14 different HEARING AIDS, and they were all terrible....nothing but background noise, the wind blowing, the traffic..it was awful The Binowav has NO BACKGROUND NOISE and NO WHISTLING. After two years of searching....I've found BINOWAV!!! Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful. This is the 3rd set of aids for me. The other two were ok, but couldn't hear church sermans. Noe I can. Software handle the sale beautifully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
