Actually, I want to refund the balance from the account, but they are saying "We don't provide refunds". I am not sure how it will be possible in SaaS market.

Bitlaunch is a scammer web, they shutdown the server an never response for recovery the balance

Used BitLaunch for a VPS. During development testing of a geospatial app,
the provider issued an abuse notice and terminated the account despite
immediate shutdown and explanation. Prepaid funds were not refunded.
Support communication was brief and non-remedial.
This provider may not be suitable for GIS / automated workloads.

This is a great product for those who value their privacy.

Do NOT use this website!!! 2 weeks ago, due to an urgent need for one of my websites, I started using this service. However, some competitors whom I compete against in Google rankings launched fake abuse/phishing complaint attacks, and this company called bitlaunch.io suspended my account.

These competitors falsely marked my website as harmful not only here but also on multiple other services with baseless complaints. I submitted false positive notifications to all of them, and they corrected the situation.

When I discussed this issue with bitlaunch.io, they told me it was out of their hands and that they had to delete the server. I replied saying it's okay, and that they could even delete the account if they wished (provided they refund my balance, of course). However, nothing further happened, and no email or similar communication arrived regarding my account. Today, when I logged into the account, it was still active, but my balance was locked. I asked them to at least refund my balance or unlock the account so I could continue using it.

In response, they insulted me by saying "go f*k yourself" and seized my account balance. In short, I've been scammed and insulted. They even fabricated a baseless claim about a "botnet" just to scam me.

Additionally, in the past, I had purchased a Windows VPS from them, which irrecoverably crashed after 5-6 days. Their service is terrible; they are scammers and insult their customers. They are completely disgraceful, have a pathetic mindset, and behave like losers. Don't use them, and don't let others use them.

Additionally, when I mentioned that I would file a complaint, they showed no interest at all—probably because they think it wouldn't affect them negatively. However, even if just one person reads this review and reconsiders their decision, that's enough for me. I genuinely believe some people don't deserve to earn money. Anyway...

Love that they accept Bitcoin and Monero. No ID needed, and the servers are secure, Slightly expensive. but awesome service.

Great VPS, just a bit on the expensive side. Still worth it for the privacy.
