The server was deleted at the time of replenishment of the balance. As you understand, the balance was only -0.92$.
If the balance is negative, the server stops, I pay the balance, and the server has already been deleted without the possibility of recovery. I write to support with a request to restore, to which they say there is no way. I ask you to return the payment, since I no longer plan to use their services, to which they answer that the payment on their part is final and non-refundable. Thus, I lost money on setting up the server, paying for the hours of work of a specialist, lost the server at the time of payment, and also lost the last payment.
The experience is terrible. I do not recommend, they do not think about the client, they are only interested in your payments, which they do not return, amazing company!!!

BitLaunch couldn't protected my project from DDOS and refused to refund my account balance.
Don't trust your project to BitLaunch, they're a disgrace to the crypto community, it's because of companies like this that users are afraid to pay with crypto.
