i got a server from that site and lunched my production version of my project, after 15 day they stoped my server and removed my balance from site ( i had 100$ balance) and after they return my balance to account, my server got remove, cuz they said your account had not balance in that time (that time they removed my balance) and now they can't return my server and my database. thanks for good service, i suggest you don't use this site cuz they are scammer, and i can't withdraw my 100$ from them site right now

No refund, Server Locked and resticted from one report. Cant even get a backup of my data

do not use this service at all it is a scam they will block services with you for no reason and be sarcastic and rude in the live chat and worst of if you paid with crypto they will hold all funds. scammers stay away from this website take your business elsewhere

Do not use their services or deposit money. After sending the money there is no way to withdraw it and they can just restrict the account at will and then gaslight you and be rude on the support. As other's have said stay far away.

Deposited money, ordered hosting for a few business websites, they refused to open ports for mailing. I asked for a refund, because I would move to another hosting service. They denied a refund saying "they're not a wallet service". Avoid at all costs.

I deposited about $33 of BTC and realized that their prices were not as competitive as I had been led to believe. I could not find a page to send the btc back to myself. There is no such page.

This is the ultimate scam, and I have to delete all my VPS information and start everything from scratch.

I have been using their VPS servers for a couple of months and was going to Add funds to my balance and the system did nothing by clicking on the Add Funds. I contacted the support chat and they through me the message below in no time:

This is not acceptable as my VPS is running and my services rely on that.
