Made a same day delivery after payment they sent me message stating they can't deliver until 3 days later. They stated they would give me an upgrade because of delay. Once the flower did arrive my daughter sent me a picture of the flower. I order 10 roses with glass vase. It showed 6 roses with I branch of baby breath. No upgrade.

The worst florist ever. Stuffed up my order. terrible flowers . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Do not, under any circumstances, order from this company.
In my order i PAID for a baby girl helium balloon, extra large bunch of flowers and a gift card taking me over the $99.95 free delivery..
Our dear friend received a promotion bear a small boxed flower arrangement that was not fresh at all and no card. I was also charged $19.95 for delivery.
Its been 3.5 weeks of trying to get any communication from the "customer service" . However just being passed on.

This is the worst flower delievery service out there. Never ever will i recommend or use you again. Im now heading ro all my socials to expose this rip off business.

Was not delivered when stated and poor quality of arrangement on arrival with flowers damaged or wiled. Communication with them horrid, put on hold and no response. Would not recommend. 👎

Stay away from this company. Said they delivered flowers but they did not reach person. Arrived late, did not ring number provided with order. No refund.

I too wish I had read reviews before I used this company. I paid for weekend delivery on a Friday afternoon for delivery Saturday. On Saturday I was advised that they wouldn’t deliver that day and would deliver Monday instead. I requested a refund as it was for a birthday on the Saturday. No reply. On Monday received a notification that flowers had been picked up and would be delivered Wednesday! What the? Do not use

I was charged twice ($89.9 on 4/08/26 and $19.95 on 14/08) by these crooks without having ordered anything.
When I called the call centre (in Georgia) they had no clue, could not do anything, asked me to talk to my bank.

Scammers!

Ordered flowers worth over $150 and they arrived late and looked like a bunch picked out of someone’s garden. Actually, I’m sure even they would have been better than what was delivered!!! I’m not sure why this company has not been shut down! They’re scammers!

I bought some flowers with a vase, the flowers turned up in a box and the flowers were squashed and were nearly dead, I bought a birthday card and a box of chocolates to makes the whole thing up to $149.80 so I get free postage. I will never buy from bloomex again, they ruined my wife’s surprise

Flowers not delivered for no obvious reason even though access was easy and there were multiple safe places to leave them. Instead they were taken to the local post office around 4pm on a Friday (when it closed at 5pm until Monday morning) and the recipient who did not have a car, had to rush to the post office, a round walk of 40 minutes in the rain, to collect them. To top it off, my birthday message was not included and the so-called deluxe bunch of $100 worth of flowers was sparse and disappointing. No refund offered and a very poor experience never to be repeated!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would . They promised me same day service and I paid for a picture of 6 roses, box of chocolates to be delivered to my mum in hospital. After I paid I was told that the delivery would be a week later, which was not convenient because my mum had already been moved. So I got them delivered to my home. 6 undernourished flowers and a tiny packet of hello panda snacks for $106.00 Australia dollars.. so criminal. Not the chocolates they advertised. Such a scam. All my network against Bloomex. Bad bad bad

Very bad experience. Ordered a birthday gift on beginning of September and after 45 days order was not delivered and also amount not refunded.They claim that they have sent it and also sent a tracking but it has never been delivered.
I have requested for refund and after 20 days no response and email says it is under investigation.
I think this company is not right and no one should order from here

Made an order over the phone after picking what I wanted on the website Mel’s Flowers I was told next day delivery to the area which was not the case charged for a card that was advertised free with the flowers & didn’t get the flowers I ordered which were clearly available on the website they blamed the florist and put something else together..I asked for a photo never got one I also got a call from a so called delivery driver to ring him back re delivery the number was disconnected I have sent several messages for them to contact me and they won’t reply anymore once they have my money I do not recommend this company stay clear

The worst retainer when it comes to flowers. Do not purchase here. Took my money. Said would be delivered the same day to be told they can’t do it and that it would be next day. This is unacceptable as they also would not allow me a refund. When they cannot fulfil the requirements of the order.

Do not order from this company. Flowers sent were nothing like I ordered. Very poor substitutes with older, already fully opened flowers. Terrible presentation. And now they are ignoring my emails sent to discuss the situation. Just don’t bother, there are so many good, honest florists out there.

i placed an order for flowers at 8am to be delivered that day and they were for a very special occasion. At 3pm tht day i received an email to say sorry we dont offer same day service in that area they will be delivered the next day. the next day came and nothing! i of course kept in contact but was given the run around. i was then told they were delivered which they werent. on the 3rd day My Aunt who was meant to receive the flowers got a text to say they were coming that day, so i emailed to say, how can this be if they were delivered. I asked for proof of delivery which they couldnt supply. I paid extra to get a bigger bunch. when they arrrived at 4pm on the 3rd day, they looked nothing like what was ordered, they looked lunch a bunch of flowers you get off the side of the road. The service was horrendous and to think they took my money and delivered what they delivered. I will be taking this further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! i read the reviews after i booked - BIG MISTAKE

3 weeks waiting for refund different. Excuse every time I phone up

Ordered overseas for my daughter who lives in NSW. Paid for next day delivery and required for a special day.
8 days late, completely different to what I ordered the vase I ordered wasn’t in the box. A small pack of stale cookies and a bunch of dead flowers! Which was also half the size it should have been.They didn’t deliver them directly they were left on a Friday evening at a post office that was closing and didn’t re open until the Monday.
If I could give this company a true rating it would be minus 5. Never again will I use this company.

We'd leave a zero star rating if we could. This company is completely incompetent. Called on Saturday to arrange delivery for yesterday Tuesday which failed delivery. Client will not be home to receive collection. Very disappointed.

Ordered birthday flowers last Friday on Bunches & Stems website before cut off time for same day delivery to Sunshine Coast - they emailed to say the earliest delivery would be Tuesday.

Email I received:

I called to cancel and requested refund, lady said ok and emailed me their refund policy - no refunds, store credit only real option.
So I proceeded with order in good faith, what a joke, come Tuesday I’m advised:
However, we wanted to bring to your attention that due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to substitute the items with Mixed desinger choice in your order. Please be assured that the substitutes are equally exquisite and of the same or greater value.
What I ordered were yellow roses and pink gerberers what was delivered were multi colored roses and freesias - a lot sadder looking and the gourmet item was a packet of chocolate digestives - which only cheapened the whole gift.
