Service excellent, good communication

You know whats really really nice…… when you order flowers and the person on the receiving end actually receive what you have ordered and not some watered down version. Cannot recommend Sarahs Flowers enough. So easy to order, exceptional service from start to finish and free delivery on my next order… yep, really nice 💛🧡

I received a call from Brianna at Sarah’s Flowers and she was keen to find out more about the disappointing delivery. I sent her a photo of the arrangement. Brianna offered to have a fresh arrangement sent and I chose a fresh flower box which was delivered this afternoon. The replacement arrangement is lovely and I appreciate the gesture.

Sarah did my flowers for my son's funeral, they were absolutely beautiful and the lowest price, I highly recommend Sarah I'm extremely impressed and 100% happy, delivery was exactly on time and the service was second to none, I would never go anywhere else now.

Extremely disappointed. Arranged $185 bunch of flowers to be sent to my wife at work as she was retiring after 35 years. Asked for an early delivery and was told unavailable. Sarah’s advised it was guaranteed to be delivered by 5pm as it was a workplace. Wife finished and left at 5.30pm without any delivery of flowers as promised!! Will be seeking a refund

Update to original review. I was contacted by Alana-Rose the following day of this review and offered a further refund of $35 or redelivery of a new arrangement. I am appreciative of them reaching out to try to rectify.

I paid $136 for a box arrangement for my friends birthday. I was so embarrassed when she sent me a photo of the arrangement. It looked like it came from Woolies or Coles - terrible!! I called to complain and was told it was exactly what I ordered and offered a $15 refund or $20 off my next order. I will never ever use Sarah’s flowers again - whoever they contract to do their arrangements in Canberra should be ashamed!!

My order was incorrect. I order native posy, the ribbon, small chocolates and the knitted bear. The other bear was delivered. I paid for more expensive bear and cheaper bear was delivered.

I live in the U.K, my Sister lives in Oz. Needed to find a florist who would deliver to Belgrave. Found Sarah's on line. Interflora from the U.K to Oz is way too expensive. Flowers arrived on time, easy to pay and sister over the moon

After disappointment from last delivery, Sarahs Flowers followed up on my review very promptly with phone calls and emails, apologising and offering to make up for the disappointment. Today, they did not disappoint, and as promised, a beautiful bunch of flowers was delivered to my daughter for her birthday. Thanks Sarahs Flowers, my faith in you has been restored.

Delivered to the wrong address
Person who recieved it had to deliver it themselves as the address was printed clearly on the card.
I have used this compamy for many years without a problem.
This time the flowers delivered had about 5 flowers in it and some green folage
This cost me $160 + delivery, to say it was pathetic would be an understatment
I went to Coles that night and paid $35 and got aprox 20 flowers in the bunch a better deal by far.
I'll never use Sarahs flowers again.
I thought this was some kind of joke, it was so pathetic.

I live in New Zealabd and first time I bought things online but I really want to.send flowers to my daughter on her birthday just to put smiles on her face
They follow my instructions i can not thanks them enough , your service is great and highly recommended to all my friends thank you so much for helping me

I have always raved about how good Sarah's flowers are however my last order was absolutely disgusting. Flowers were not as ordered and half were actually well passed their use by date I ordered the "Pastel Pink" but weren't't even pink. Also had problems with a previous order with flowers not being delivered to front door and were found
three days later by chance.
I won't be using them again. I would love to know who the florist was they used ink Richmond Victoria as they should not. be in business.

I ordered flowers from another company prior to my Mums funeral a week in advance. They rang me on the day of delivery to say thay don't have those flowers and they will make something else. Obviously that wasn't suitable. Went through Sarah's flowers straight after their call and Sarah's flowers did in 4 hours what this other company couldn't in a week. Thankyou so much. Saved ruining my mothers funeral.
