Sheets were light colored with natural cotton and had bits of the cotton shell in the sheet. Looked like flea poop or bed bugs. None of their online pics showed this, but when I raised this concern via messenger and online portal, they kept saying that was commin( even after cashing) because it was light colored and natural cotton. I kept saying how gross they looked and the recipient didn’t want them. 10 days later I’m told to return them and re order a darker color. Which hub did. They now have the returned sheets since Jan 14 (tracking) and I have no replacement sheets 2 weeks later, and no update on the website. Miserable customer service overall. This is my 6th purchase so I do like the sheets, but these particular ones look gross.

I received a set of Boll and Branch towels for Christmas. The towels are so soft, absorbent and plush. My husband and I were thrilled! However, one of the hand towels had a defect. I called customer service and spoke to a charming young woman who told me what to do to obtain a replacement. I sent my request with the documentation needed and very quickly received not one but two new hand towels! Boll and Branch has excellent products and the most responsive and helpful customer service teams I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough.

I love Boll & Branch for the quality of their things, their color palettes, and customer service. I have beautiful quilts, sheets, blankets, and shams. I had a problem with a hand-stitched quilt unraveling. I let them know, and they replaced it with a new one. Pretty amazing customer service. They didn't want something not up to their quality standards out there. Two thumbs up, and all 8 remaining fingers.

Customer centered company who worked quickly to provide me with a resolution. Not to mention the sheets are amazingly soft, so are the towels.

This was a very interesting purchasing experience. We ordered a bed set, dresser, 2 night stands, and a bench on Nov. 7, 2025. We were told that the order would be ready in 10-15 business days, and the delivery company would reach out to set up delivery. By December 05, we heard nothing and called the company. The employee that answered the phone adivsed that "something happened to the furniture", and it should be here "soon." We called back the following week, and spoke with someone else. She advised us that some of the pieces were "lost". They would need to track everything down. We went back and forth emailing several, times, and learned that either the company or Ryder, the delivery people, misplaced several pieces of the order and they needed to be replaced. At this point, it was right around Christmas (and family was in town). We were told the furniture was enroute, but not sure where. We were finally advised on 12/31/2025 that the furniture was being brought to our city. Long story short, we received the furniture on 01/19/2026. We appreciate Sherry helping us resolve this very frustrating experience. I would suggest that if ordering from this company, order something that can be sent through the mail, and not big items.

I usually buy nice-quality sheets from places like Costco, Macy’s, and TJ Maxx. I had never heard of Boll & Branch until visiting a friend who just built a beautiful new home. I suffer from restless leg syndrome (RLS), hot flashes, and insomnia, so a good night’s sleep has been rare for me. Sleeping in her brand new bed with Boll & Branch sheets was the first time in years that I slept through the night- no restless legs, no sweating, and no insomnia. I was truly shocked.
With high hopes, I purchased my first set of Boll & Branch sheets, and I was amazed at how much they helped my sleep. I loved them so much that I went on to buy pillows, a comforter, blankets and holiday gift sets for my adult kids, nephews, guest rooms, and additional sets for my husband and me. I may have gone a bit overboard, but I wanted to buy meaningful gifts that everyone would appreciate. And so far, this investment was worth the expensive splurge. Everyone has commented they love how cozy their bedding feels and that they’re sleeping so much better too.
When my holiday gifts arrived without the holiday boxes, I was about devastated. I immediately called Boll & Branch, they quickly corrected the issue by shipping boxes overnight which I truly appreciated.
I’m especially grateful to Rachel for helping me with returns and exchanges, including a few that were outside the return window. Between the holidays, work and the frustration not receiving the gift boxes as expected for all the new bedding sets, she helped coordinate exchanges and extended credit. Her emails were kind, helpful, and genuine. She truly wanted to be sure I was happy, which is refreshing and rare these days. Their customer service really stands out.
Thank you to Rachel and to Boll & Branch for creating such high-quality bedding. For reference, I returned percale sheets, not because they weren’t nice, but because they were a bit too crisp and loud for my personal preference. I kept Vintage, Signature, Linen & Flannel collections. I’m excited & hope to enjoy many years of restful sleep with our new bedding sets!

I had 10/10 customer service with boll & branch. Because of that, I trust this brand. It’s clear they stand behind their products. I was so impressed with how they handled an issue I had and I will be a loyal customer for as long as they continue to sell great products.

I have purchsed a lot of Boll and Branch linen sheets, by a lot I mean more than 10 sets of the LINEN alone, more of other kinds. LINEN HAD A BIG BIG BIG PROBLEM. THEY RIP AND TEAR. BOLL AND BRANCH TOLD ME THEY SHOULD LAST 2 YEARS. They cost $500 a set plus extra pillowcases. DO NOT BUY THE LINEN SETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I purchased a set of sheets from a third party, Steals and Deals I believe. There was no choice in style or color, but the sheets were half price and non refundable. Even at half price, the sheets were still $150 and they are horrible. Boll and Branch must have given their most uncomfortable sheets to this site. I have washed them several times hoping the would soften, but they have not and they are not usable. I sleep terribly as they are very uncomfortable. I had wanted to try these sheets for a long time and thought this was a good opportunity. I was hoping I would love them and likely would have bought another set, but now I have no interest in buying more. Boll and Branch should have provided a better quality sheet and not their worst product to offer as non refundable. Disappointed.

I never write reviews but my experience with customer service at Boll and Branco was beyond great. About 4 years ago I bought a light weight down insert for a Calif king bed. Having a young Maine Coon Cat there were several times that the kitten wet on my duvet. I always took the insert and duvet cover to the cleaners. The duvet was becoming lumpy and no longer looked good. I contacted customer service to see if they had any ideas on how I could fix this problem, but honestly I just figured it was old and time to replace. Kelly was wonderful and fun to exchange emails with. I learned so much about how to care for my duvet and there were things that I was doing wrong…….but in the end she offered to send me a new duvet insert ! These people really stand behind their products !!!

I recently bought a set of Boll N Branch sheets. After washing them, something was wrong with them. They were scratchy. I reached out to the Company and they immediately took care of my issue and sent a new set. That is amazing customer service! I will order from them again!

I’ve purchased a number of items from Boll & Branch (linen sheet setting, quilt, pillow shams) and my husband & I have been very happy with everything! A few weeks ago while laundering said sheets…we noticed a “ thin” area and a few small holes. Sick to my stomach, I took photos and sent them with a query (they were 2yrs old) for a solution to replace the flat sheet. After some email conversations with Kelly…we were elated and surprised that she sent us a new set! Boll & Branch has restored our faith in humanity! We are forever (always have been fans) their new ambassadors for their product line! And Kelly was wonderful!

Really appreciated the customer service received at b&b- I ordered a full new set (sheets/duvet/blanket etc) one of the pieces arrived with a marking. The team was quick to provide a solution. Love the bedding.

I received towels and sheets as a gift. Dude. First these towels are everything. Best ever. I had to exchange the sheets for a different size and the customer service was out of this world. If every company was this productive and straight to the point the world would be a better place. 100 will invest in my next linens purchase from Boll and Branch

I ordered Turkish Bath Towels and one of them began to fray along the hem after light use. Boll & Branch replaced it and made the process easy. The quality and feel of the towels are amazing and Boll & Branch stands behind that quality, but what really stands out about this company is their customer service team. They are quickly responsive and helpful and this was one of the best and easiest customer service experiences that I’ve had. It clearly sets them apart, not just in their industry, but in the business world as a whole. They now have a loyal repeat customer.

Not only is this the most comfortable bedding that we have ever owned, we decided to buy a second set in a different color and pattern.

The customer service representative, Maeve is outstanding as well. An item that we decided wasn’t exactly what we were looking for was quickly replaced.

They are a fantastic company.

I ordered these flannel sheets and they were delivered within a few days.
I just got them and haven’t had time to see if we like them.
