I researched extensively before making the decision to purchase the Boll and Branch feather bed. It was the right decision-it has made a significant difference in securing a good night's sleep. It is cloud-like, cozy and so comfortable- we love it. The customer service is also impressive- personalized and genuine.

You have to activate your warranty LOL the chair itself is decent. I got a Boxing Day sale and it’s still overpriced but not ridiculously so.

Terrible feel. Heavy but it feels more like canvas or burlap than any other sheet I’ve tried. I’m so disappointed. I wanted to love them and was prepared to replace every linen in my house with Boll and Branch “upgrades”. I was better off with my wal mart sheets

I placed an order online. It was a beautifully made comforter, but unfortunately it was too hot for my needs. Boll and Branch gave me a great option of exchanging it for something else or getting a refund. Because their customer service was so excellent, I opted to exchange it for bedding better suited for me. I will continue to buy from them as they standby their products..

I inquired Re buying- that was 1 month ago= I have currently received over 150 selling notifications from Bell and Twig, Esoteric & Expensive or whatever New Age, 'getting back to basics' name you want to carve out here.

Worst is for people with disabilities- 1/2 of email notices have title's like- ' Questions about your [pending] order', 'your oder is arriving', 'important news about your oder'- has made people grasp to see if their card was used, a wrong order was placed or worse- 'Jesus, am I loosing my mind, I never purchased that!?'

Yep can go back to unsubscribe (if that works), but never subscribed and the fact this is their motif is disgusting.

First, this brand is really great. We love the quality of the product. Over the years, I have been a very loyal customer. Surprisingly, there was a defect in my latest order. I contacted customer service immediately after opening the box. I exchanged emails with both Maria and Katie. They were both very kind, and ensured that my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. You just can’t ask for better. Very professional.

I bought 2 king "firm" pillows that were not firm at all. However, they were quality pillows, but I returned them. Boll & Branch received them on 4 Dec 2025 via UPS. I contacted them via phone to check the status of my refund. I received an email on 11 Dec 25 . I was informed this morning, 19 Dec, that my full refund was at my financial institution! Thanks Boll and Branch!!

I went o line asking for sheets that have a tight bottom fit . I ordered a pair and received 2 weeks later and they are the baggiest bottom sheets ever. Over 200 dollars . Should have gone to Walmart

Too bad I could not score more than 5 stars. This was our 2nd order from Boll & Branch. But, we had a concern about our 2nd order. We needed a flat sheet replaced, everything else in that order was just fine. We were provided, without asking, a duplicate order as a replacement. Very understanding and patient customer service. Thank y'all so much.

In my first review, I had stated that the sheets seemed to be colorfast, but unfortunately after washing them, my Signature Mist colored pillowcases bleached from my face products I use. It's possible it's just certain colors. The camel color seems to be unaffected, but then I did not put my face on those either. However, B&B seem to really care about their customers. Here’s what happened:

After I had posted a review of four stars and contacted customer service, saying I was not impressed, I heard back from B&B and they made everything right. Kaitlyn D. was very engaged and pleasant, she read my review and gave me a personalized reply (so it didn’t seem like it was just spit out by an AI chatbot). She offered to send the Elysian Cotton Cashmere pillowcases (which are so soft and cozy to the touch) and wonderful Waffle blanket, which arrived quickly. She really went above and beyond what I was expecting. I just received them yesterday, so they are not on the bed just yet, but I am very excited to try them. My flannel sheets also arrived... very excited to give those a go too.

So, for this review, I gave B&B five stars for their WONDERFUL customer service! They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy. And HAPPY I am! Thank you B&B for making everything right. I am more than satisfied with the attention I received. B&B is a wonderful company.

My friend has been extremely happy with the Signature sheet that she has from Boll & Branch, so I decided to add them to my bed as well as purchase items for gifts. They arrived packaged beautifully except for one of the orders. It was packed securely yet not separated causing an issue with the white Duvet set.

My call to share feedback and to seek assistance was kindly answered by a real person who knew the products/services of Boll & Branch. She patiently listened to my concern, pulled up my orders, and sent me an email to easily share the photos of the issue. She immediately saw what I was describing and provided a solution. It was above and beyond what I would have expected. She also shared that the calls were recorded and that the feedback I had provided (to avoid damage/issue) would be given to the team.

Before we concluded, I asked about color samples of Oak and Walnut. She not only was able to provide both colors to ensure to have the best match for my bedroom yet helped me understand that the colors can appear different based on fabrics (Reserve vs Signature for example). What a great call out as I would have probably assumed they would all look the same regardless of the version I ordered. Once again, exceptional representative knowledge and assistance. I am so pleased and look forward to future orders.

I ordered a towel bundle of the plush set, which I have ordered many times before. The towels are soft and very absorbent. Very nice quality products. This time two of the towels had a slight pull and run in them. After reaching out to their customer service they quickly responded and they are replacing my entire order. Customer service was very professional, and prompt in resolving the issue and did way more than I was expecting.

I absolutely love Boll and Branch linens. I discovered them a couple years ago and have bought sheet sets, blankets, throws, pillows, a quilt, and towels. All the linens are high quality and soooo soft. When I called to report an issue with an item, I was offered a replacement or a refund. The customer service person, Ian, could not have been nicer. I will remain a loyal Boll and Branch customer and highly recommend their linens.

Katie in customer service is the best!! She was awesome at communicating and found a temporary solution right away along with a later permanent fix! You guys have my business for life we love your products and your customer service on standing behind your products was awesome. Please 🙏 give Katie a holiday bonus she deserves it.

I spoke with Sierra and she was amazing. Not only did she resolve my issue she educated me on the products and materials that I purchased so I wouldn't have further issues in the future. She truly made me feel valued as a customer. Being this was my first purchase with Boll & Branch it made me feel so confident in my purchase and made me realize that dealing with a trusted company who backs there products has definitely helped make a future customer. I LOVE everything I purchased.

I have never had such amazing customer service in all my life. Sherry, Sierra and Elizabeth are angels who know how to make a customer feel like they have a private assistant that truly cares about making sure I am happy and bought exactly what I wanted.
Without going into a long dissertation, they each have amazing personalities and vast knowledge of their products. No putting me on hold to go ask someone the same question I just asked them. No indifference on which products they like to recommend and they will give you other customer feedback as well.
I called to find out why their sheets are so crazy expensive and after consulting with Sherry, I ended up buying set (it also came with a gorgeous free set of towels). With their generous, and ever-changing, discounts, my cost came down from $229 to $175 and I went for it. After it arrived, I immediately went back on line and ordered 2 more sets of sheets. One with a black stripe at the edges and one pure white. By the way, I am buying King sets, so if you're looking for a smaller size, they will be more affordable.
The packaging was what threw me. I wish I could add a picture because it's impossible to describe how beautifully packaged they are. You will not want to take them out of this box and repackage. I almost don't want to even wrap them.
Enough prattling on - buy these sheets and be thoroughly amazed. This is my favorite Christmas present that I'm giving and I can't wait to see their faces when they unwrap the softest and coolest sheets I've ever knows. And I am now proud to be an owner.

By mistake I had ordered the wrong color of sheets and of course I requested to return them beyond the 30 day time frame (Me being me). The representative was AMAZING!! And worked with me - they were able to extend the return policy so I could return the sheet set.

With such wonderful customer service, I have ordered more sheets (the correct colors this time!) I appreciate all the representative did for me! Boll and Branch has a loyal customer in me! Thank you!!

So I bought our first set of Boll & Branch sheets and blankets a year ago as a Christmas gift to myself and fell in LOVE with the luxurious softness of the sheets!! Fast forward one year later and we had an issue arise that I contacted the company about. Maeve swiftly remedied our problem and absolutely restored my faith in the fact that some companies truly stand behind their products! The BEST customer service EVER!! Oh and I also got one of the throw blankets and use it every single day…the weight and the quality is so good so don’t “sleep” on the extras they offer! Pun intended!

My mother bought me the 4 piece sheet set in pewter. I have had the sheets for years now and they are the most comfortable sheets I’ve ever slept in. I had put a pair of old sheets on the bed while I washed my Boll and Branch ones (because I forgot to put them in the dryer in time lol) and my husband and I tossed and turned all night. I had to put my Boll and Branch sheets back on ASAP because they are that comfortable and well worth the money. They get softer every wash also.
