Very poor customer service
I visited the store in mid November and spoke with Sam to enquire about new side and back panels for my Riva Avanti 67 gas fire. I left my contact details.
I eventually got an email back from Sam on 18 December asking for the serial number of my fire, which I replied to immediately.
The next communication was when I emailed Sam on 25 January to ask as to what's happened with my enquiry and to mildly complain about the service.
I got an apologetic email reply on 27 January, and was informed that the parts were now obselete and that "You could possibly try contacting Haworth Heating"!
Not at all impressed.....

Great layout on shop floor showing many beautiful items to help furnish the home. The items were well sourced and some were locally made - a big plus. Staff welcoming and helpful and, importantly, not overbearing allowing time and space to think about what one might purchase (from shelf units to wood burning stoves to table mats etc. A great shopping experience. Warmly recommended…

Faulty lamp
Having returned a lamp bought pre Christmas due to it having a fault the product was exchanged with no issue and an apology for any inconvenience caused along with a small gift.

We can't quite believe the speed and efficiency that made our whole experience a pleasure. We are so happy with our new wood burning stove and should have had one installed years ago.
