Excellent. Knowledgable, polite and helpful team fitted the stove. Delighted with it. Best purchase EVER. Compared to oven chimney fire place the stove has stopped the draught when not lit - and when lit - heats the whole house.

When I visited the store service was good. Friendly staff. I found item I was looking for. But it was disappointing as I asked for this item in January. I am still waiting for a phone call to say the item is in stock.

These are lovely people to deal with
These are lovely people to deal with. I inquired about a piece of furniture online and received a call back that day to advise they had the item in stock, the following day i went to view it.
The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and patient. Let me take my time to view what I wanted before I purchased what I wanted.
I was then helped to get it into my vehicle.
It was a very warm day, and I was offered a glass of water……..and also a slice of chocolate brownie……which was delicious.
Thanks to all the staff at Bonk and Co, great friendly service, which I would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful family business
Wonderful family business. Decision making was easy as they are armed with a wealth of knowledge, that is freely shared with customers, enabling educated decisions on what’s best for your home. The retail shop must also be one of the best in the highlands. They retail quality items built to last a lifetime. On offer is simply the best stoves, indoor and outdoor appliances, cookware and some quirky quality gifts. Definitely worth a visit. Oh and if you need quality charcoal for the best BBQ experience you won’t find better. I would challenge anyone not to leave here excited and inspired.

Brilliant Shopping Experience All Around
What a lovely shopping experience. Not shopped here before, but found something on line that I was looking for stocked here. The price was great, the goods were delivered free of charge and arrived by a tracked service the following day.
