Alex from AWD Electrical Solutions did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and changed the MCB in the fuse box so that I can now use both of my ovens at the same time without tripping the fuse!
Alex was friendly and kept me informed of his ETA. He told me how much the job would cost before he did it.
I would definitely use AWD again.

Book a builder! What can I say… tradesmen do not use it’s a big con… I have not got one lead in a year that was suitable for me. I was told I would get a full refund if I didn’t get leads and now they won’t ever respond to my messages or emails. I will escalate this to the ombudsman and take the matter to court of if I don’t receive a full refund in 7 days

I received an email from you telling me within a few days that there was no response., implying that that was the end of it. However a week later I keep getting quotes when I stated in the original add that I had not bought the cooker yet -stating NO for that question. I still haven;t bought the cooker and would like to remove the job so I am not hassled but it does nt seem possible. I did not choose your site it was presented from a search for a cooker to buy. and am annoyed now

After doing my research I nearly said no to signing my business up to this platform. My account manager convinced me it would be the best decision I made and he was right. I've had leads since the first day, my account manager is on hand to help me and the customers all answer the phone. It's the best platform I am on for lead generation

I booked a company call The All Rounders group Mackenzie Brough to remove a load bearing wall between the dining room and kitchen. This jobshould have taken 3 weeks 7 weeks later and several thousands of pounds paid they consistently didn't turn up with every excuse there work was extremely poor and would not have passed building regs I had to employ another company to correct there work and do the job. Please stay clear of these rogue traders. I am now trying to recover some of my money from them. This has left both myself and my partner traumatised.

They are the liars of the decade, they have nothing to offer but lies

The workers were respectful, punctual and tidy. The workers collaborated with me with what I wanted and did and excellent job. They willfully tidied up as they worked, ensuring that the place was left spotless.

Terrible company if you’re a tradesman. Promised everything under the sun and once they have your money radio silence. They say money back if it doesn’t work for you but only after a year, my year is now up and haven’t used them once but trying to get through to them to discuss is impossible. Every number I’ve called just rings and rings. I’m so surprised a company is allowed to operate like this without repercussions.

I would highly recommend K-Tec electrical London Tom, I posted my job on book a builder within 5 minutes he called me, he came straight out and got the job done to a very professional standard, he was so polite and friendly will be using this site again and Tom for my electrical work in the future.

Very poor experience using book a builder. Leads seemed fake and leads that you do manage to get hold of they have already been bombarded by multiple engineers already. Would definitely not recommend

They arrived when they said they would. Completed the work and offered to clean up afterwards
