The company seem to be fine but I did not get any responses for my posted job, bathroom light fitting and extractor fan replacement, which was disappointing.

Garden path renewed
Quality of the work was very good. Gary always discussed the different stages of the work with us before starting, and he always cleaned up and left the garden tidy at the end of the day. His timekeeping took a bit of getting used to, some days he couldn't start until 12 but he always stayed late to put in a full day's work. We are very happy with our new path!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations.
We do, however, strongly dispute the suggestion that BookaBuilderUK is a scam. We are a genuine platform that has helped thousands of tradespeople connect with homeowners across the UK over many years. While we always aim to provide valuable opportunities, the number of leads a member receives can vary depending on factors such as trade, location, competition and homeowner demand, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific number of enquiries.
We'd welcome the opportunity to review your account and better understand your experience. Please contact our customer support team so we can investigate your membership and discuss any concerns you may have.
Do not sighn up if you are a Trade person waste of money never once did I get a job from them loads of leads but no reply’s .
Do not use this company I was with them 2yrs in that time I never had one job come in when I joined unknown to me I was on a automatic renewal and could not get out of the contract unless on time of joining I should of opted out of the automatic renewal so I had to give 12 months notice so they had the power to take the amount of my debit card even though I asked them not to and my bank couldn’t stop the transaction anyway I have now cancelled down my membership thus company is a total scam
As you can see the company have replied to my review and believe me total rubbish what they have put do not use this company as a Trade person !!!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
We do, however, strongly dispute the suggestion that BookaBuilderUK is a scam. We are a legitimate platform that has connected tradespeople with genuine homeowners for many years. As with any lead generation service, the number of enquiries a member receives can vary depending on factors such as trade, location, competition and homeowner demand, and membership does not guarantee a specific number of leads or jobs.
Regarding renewals, our membership terms, including the renewal process and notice period, form part of the agreement when joining. We appreciate that these terms may not suit everyone, but they are applied consistently to all members.
We always encourage members who have concerns about their account or experience to contact our customer support team so we can review the details and discuss any issues directly.

The service follows a familiar pattern
The service follows a familiar pattern: an extensive sales pitch with unrealistic promises, followed by payment and minimal delivery. In return, I received only a handful of poor-quality leads, none of which were relevant to my specific trade or geographic area. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it can be if the leads you receive are not a good fit for your business. However, lead availability and suitability can vary depending on factors such as your trade, coverage area, homeowner demand and market conditions. While we work hard to connect tradespeople with genuine homeowners, we cannot guarantee a specific number of enquiries or that every lead will be suitable for every member.
We take comments about lead quality seriously and would welcome the opportunity to review your account and the leads you received. If you contact our customer support team, we'll be happy to investigate your concerns and discuss your experience in more detail.
ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They get you to sign up with the promise of regular leads. We signed up over a month ago and have not had 1 job come through. They are extremely helpful on the phone pre sale, then once they have your money they couldn’t care less. We have been absolutely robbed.
