Very, very cheap product, premium price.
Very, very misleading images used to sell what appears to be a 3D figurine at a premium price. Long delivery time, far too many unsolicited email messages and then on arrival received what is best described as a Christmas tree 1D ornament. Flat, and very cheap looking. We ordered two for our grandchildren, cost = £49+. Absolutely ripped off. Complaint registered with rubbish response (blamed insurance and postage costs for the high price even though the items were £15 each). Not recommended at all.

I was surprised when my item arrived, as it was not at all what I had expected. I expected something of more substance than a one dimensional ornament for the price tag. I reread the description and it was as advertised. I would not have purchased “just ok” for my money.

It's nice
It's nice, but for the price, it should have been 3-dimensional. I bought it for my granddaughter for a keepsake, and it doesn't look as nice as I would have wished.

Cheap feeling/looking
I was not pleased at all with my product. For the price, it looked cheap. The online Pic made it appear to have some depth it, but it's as flat as a board. The font on the name isn't even consistent with the other words. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. I did send pics in to the company (per their request), but I've not heard anything back.

I was very disappointed in the product I received. The description and the photos do not describe what I received. However I am not giving them a 1 star because they responded to my dissatisfaction. Now that I know what I am getting I have decided to order another ornament.

Terrible quality. Pictures misleading and watch out for the Postage
I thought I was buying an ornament that could sit on the bookshelf. Instead I received a very cheap looking and feel bit of plastic…. I paid £25.10p ….. I would not have ordered it if I seen what the postage was £9.13p plus insurance… . There was no mention of the postage until it was too late and it didn’t give me an option to cancel the order . The item is ridiculous and very poor quality . Buyer beware as I would not recommend the item or the company. A very expensive mistake and I will ensure that friends and family do not order this item because it’s a total rip off . The item is not fit for purpose and I would feel very embarrassed to give this as gift. There is no point asking for a refund because it probably cost so much . Very disappointed

Very disappointing
The advertisement made the ornament look 3 dimensional, however when it came it is only two dimensional. I would not have purchased this if the photo of the ornament in the advertisement was true to form. It also appears wooden in the advertisement but it is a two dimensional photo covered in plastic. Very disappointing.

Good experience
Just received the cup I ordered and really like it. It was ordered as a gift for a friend, and I know she will love it! It was delivered in a sturdy box and covered in bubble wrap, no problems. The only reason I didn't leave a 5 star rating is I'm still waiting for the second half of my order, a wine glass. Hoping it will arrive soon. I will order from Bookswares again1

Nice but needed much better packaging
The items are cute and pretty good quality, but I was definitely unhappy with the lack of packaging for crackable plastic ornaments. A bit of bubble wrap would have earned you a 5 star rating and not added to your costs much at all. Please take pride in ALL parts of a customer's experience.

Product did not match what was represented in photo
The photo did not authentically represent the product received. Was disappointed with the quality and look of the product. I recommended to include a photo of both front and back (the printing of the name is visible on both sides, with the back side showing the name written in reverse. In my opinion it was not worth the price I paid. Since my product was inscribed with a name .. it was non-returnable. I wrote to the company .. they offered a discount for a future purchase. However, not interested, based on this experience.
