Ignored!

I had previously ordered a ring in 2020, no issues. I ordered 2 more recently and very quickly a package arrived. Unfortunately there was only one ring in the package. Since then I have emailed several times, used their online contact form, called and left a message, and used their Facebook contact. I have had nothing through any of these channels. No contact back at all. This is just not good enough. It is all very well when the order is correct but if you are totally ignored when it goes wrong then it is your money you are losing.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service, ordered a ring and received an update to say it had been delivered. Checked with our neighbours and our postman as we had been in all day and had no deliveries. Despite numerous emails and messages to customer services to say we haven’t received the ring we still haven’t heard anything back, it’s like we are just being ignored. I would not recommend buying from this company as they just take your money and then when they don’t deliver the goods just completely ignore you. Wish I could give them no stars

We still haven’t received a ring despite now asking for a exchange after finally receiving a second one as the first one went missing, we sent it back and are still waiting to hear from Botthms as they haven’t responded to any of our emails.

Excellent quality product.

Excellent quality product.This is my second silicone ring from botthms
The first one I purchased,over 3 years ago,still looks new just fancied a patterned one instead.Great product to wear while doing sports.Soft comfortable to wear.I get lots of people asking about it.I can relax while doing my sports and I now do not have to worry about damage to my gold wedding bands.

Loving the Botthms recovery gear, been really impressed with the recovery guns. It’s my best to know that after a tough day’s training that I can come home and recover. They easy and light to use.

I broke 3 rings so I ordered Botthms ring on a Friday received on Tuesday. Great service from start till end. The ring is perfect for my active lifestyle and has already lasted through a couple of trainings. (Rugby)

Avoid at all costs

If I'm honest I don't even want to give them 1 star. We ordered silicone rings from them back in July that were meant to arrive within 72 hours. A month later they had still not arrived (tracking had also not updated), I contacted Botthms and they said they would resend them out. Again tracking did not work and again a month later they had still not arrived. When September came I contacted them again and again they said they would send them out again. Again they never arrived and tracking never worked. Everytime they blamed in on Royal Mail. By early October I was fed up so requested a refund and this was eventually sent via PayPal however PayPal then contacted me saying the refund was taking longer than normal to process. The refund was then cancelled due to insignificant funds in the sellers account. We're now having to go down the trading standard route.

***UPDATE*** It Gets Worse

Further to my previous review, I have noticed Botthms is cleaning up shop and getting bad reviews from trust pilot taken down. They were at a 3.1 a few weeks back and now at a 3.7. They don’t care to improve their service, they just want to appear good.

My exchange ring never arrived. I chased multiple times via email, then has to result to tagging the company on Instagram (as well as the owner), as they did not reply to my emails nor do they have a number to call.

The owner then responded via email and was not happy that I was tagging the company and himself on Instagram. Clearly not a fan of hearing the truth about his non existent customer service. I got another email saying I would get a partial refund (as they do not refund postage). This was two weeks ago and the partial refund has still not cleared into my account. Not refunding the postage makes no sense to me, as they can claim compensation from Royal Mail, they can get their money back, but I get nothing back.

I have now also found that I can no longer tag them on Instagram, and when I search their company, they do not come up. I can only access their Instagram page via Google search. They have also deleted my comments off their Instagram page.

I have proof of everything. Taking down honest reviews of bad customer service to paint a lie to the public is wrong. Instead of trying to fix the issue and genuinely implement a better system, they want to brush it all under the rug. My advice, screenshot everything, as they will eventually try to delete it.

Great purchase

The rings were delivered and we were so excited! Both being a sporty couple we needed rings that we could wear day in day out and these are such cool rings that we love wearing, and of such high quality!

The product is fantastic, I use it in the gym to save my wedding ring taking a beating on the weights. Strong, durable and a perfect fit. Great value for money as well.

Poor customer experience

Poor customer experience. Initially ordered 3 rings and they only sent 2. Sizing is really off, went with their recommendation and were really tight fit, asked to exchange but you have to do this through online chat. Got them exchanged and still too tight. Tried to exchange again and just got ignored on online chat. So I’ve got three useless rings and a load of wasted time

Terrible experience

I bought 3 botthms rings, one being a present for my husband’s birthday. I received two of the 3 rings, missing the one for my husband. I got in touch with Botthms of which the customer rep promised me my shipping would be refunded (as I paid for next day delivery) and that he would issue a new ring out and I’d have it within a day to gift my husband. Two days later, I got back in touch as no refund was issued and no word on the ring. The customer rep then gave me a ton of attitude and made it out like it was my issue. They then went on to say it’s an issue with supply as it’s out of order and I will be refunded the cost of the shipping and ring. I waited. I got an email saying I was refunded the cost of the shipping. I got in touch yet again and asked for my costs to be refunded promptly and that I was rightly frustrated with the level of service. Of course, Botthms who proudly state they get back to customers within minutes on their chat, decided to completely ignore me. It’s been 5 days since with no word on the chat. Then I get an email saying the refund they issued had issues with their finance department and couldn’t go through so they cancelled it and will need to reissue. I am appalled at the level of customer service and how a business can be run like that. I’d never recommend them nor ever buy from them again.
