Honestly they try and weasle out of every maintaince call. They have no problem leaving appliances, including refrigerators, broken for weeks with no care. They even harassed us about our window treatments they never put in and tried to say we removed and stole... while still living in the house... If you have the option rent from a different company.

We have been tenants with Brickley's for 8 months. Everything about our experience has been great. They gave us detailed info on the property before we rented, with video tour and photos. The application process was understandably thorough but not complicated. Seeing the property was convenient for us. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Even small repairs are taken care of immediately. The on line process for requesting repairs and paying rent is very convenient. Plus our rental is lovely. We hope to stay for a few more years.

Our wall heaters have not worked in almost four years and all that has been done is two sets of space heaters have been dropped off at the residence. I have been speaking with the owner for over a month and still nothing has been done almost winter and my children are still freezing .

Application process is easy, but maintenace requests are a hassle. The rental property expects you to act like a homeowner and incur costs that are not your responsibility because it's the homeowners and that is why we are renters, we don't have money that we can just pay upfront to fix things and wait for reimbursement and even then it's not a guarentee that we will be reimbursed by the homeowner. Had I known that we would still be with out closet bars I would have never signed the lease. Maintenace is a big deal and because of that I would not rate Brickley's Property five stars.

I have been an active renter of a Brickley's maintained property since September 2014 and am so fortunate and appreciative of our relationship. I had many bad experiences with other property management companies and when I found Brickley's I instantly knew I had found an honest, trustworthy company worth investing my time in. I am a very happy renter and would rent from them again.

Being able to pay online is quick and easy. I don't have to do anything. My rent and water payments are made automatically every month. The maintenance request system is also automated and is seamless.
