We booked 4 days parking and did all that was requested by ringing half an hour before. When we arrived at the short stay car park at the appointed time, nobody was there. We drove around for around ten minutes and eventually somebody appeared and took the car away, at the time it was clean. We were told on return to call the number and give half an hours notice as they were 10 miles away. We waited 45 minutes and when it was returned I was aghast at the state of it, caked in mud as other contributors have found. Also the heating had been turned up to 28 degrees when it was relatively warm weather so pretty obvious someone had been treating the car as their own. The mud also suggested it had been parked in a field. I rang immediately to complain and was given an email to write to which I did together with photos I took. I received no reply so I rang the company and they hung up on me. So if you want your car to do a minimum of 20 miles and be parked in a muddy field whilst you are away and have to wait at both ends with them hanging up on you when you want to complain you're very welcome. You will also have to pay an additional minimum of £12 to get your car in and out of the short stay car park, in fairness this is stated on the pickup but in future we will use a better company than this bunch of absolute cowboys. They are to be avoided at all costs.

I concur with all the other terrible reviews below. I had to do a last minute booking and although they collected my car on time and returned it when they said they would, it is absolutely caked in mud!!! I’d paid for covered parking and there is no way my car has been kept anywhere dry or under cover. Thankfully there doesn’t appear to be any damage like some of the other reviews, but I now have to spend £20 getting it cleaned.

Absolutely disgusting company and service, the staff and appalling. Laughing at the fact they left two young women and a minor stranded in Bristol airport car park for over 2 hours at 4am in the morning as they didn’t return my car, cancelling our calls and when we did get through using a different number they kept lieing and making excuses about the where abouts of my car! I ended up ringing the police and I do think if I hadn’t my car wouldn’t have been returned until even later! my car is absolutely caked in mud as if my car has been rallied around, mud in places I’ve never even thought possible. Damage to front of my car also, the driver finally arrived laughing thinking it was a big joke. Absolute disgusting and immoral company! I’m taking it further as I have evidence of it all and if I need to I’ll take them to court! Do not use this company! Nothing but a bunch of cowboys and scammers!! 🤬🤬

I booked my car with this company,and probably I enjoyed their service,good dealing on the phone even satisfied me on which I want to b satisfied and yeah the timing to deliver car is great as which was mentioned on email.Much satisfied so giving 5stars..

They failed to be at the appointed place and time. We provided correct evidence and they promised FULL refund but they haven't (many weeks later). Worst experience we have ever had with "Meet & Greet".
Scandalous, Use them at your peril!

Very late returning my car, at midnight.
Car covered in bird poo and retruned with BIG DENT in the side.
Now hiding behind Ts&Cs to say the wont cover it as I neeeded to take photos of the damage in the dark !
TERRIBLE SERVICE - TERRILE ATTITUDE.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE YOURSELF.
