Do NOT do business with BudLyft. I lost $244 due to a lost package. They did not followup with Canada Post after package was lost during delivery. Canada Post directed us to the sender to start an investigation, and they refused, saying it was not their responsibility. Terrible service and business.

Customer service matters here
This place has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an online dispensary. They made a mistake on my first order (it happens) but they re#loved the issue the day I notified 5hem and they resent my order correctly and told me to keep the product I was given mistakenly. We’re talking a free oz of top shelf. Didn’t have to pay shipping or anything.they sent it out right away These are my guys. I’ll stay loyal as long as they do. Their valentine combo is the best!

Budlyft has great products but very…
UPDATE: the issue was rectified and my order went through.
Budlyft has great products but very poor service. For my case, my referral bonus was not honoured and out of the blue labeled my order as “fraudulent” and never replied to any of my requests for an explanation or never even tried to work with me to rectify the situation(whatever that may have been). My order was never processed I lost my referral bonus and Boxing Day special for no valid reason at all. At some point I was told that the order could be re activated and then another time I was told that my account was “under review” and that some one would be getting back to me within 24 hours, which never happened, I never got my much anticipated product and left a bad taste with dealing with them. It is sad because i love their products but have been treated with so much unprofessionalism and blatantly ignored my requests for a solution.
