Have been buying Bullstrap case for years. Great quality and excellent service. I recently bought a Duo and preordered a case then returned the Duo. Vance from Bullstrap was great help in cancelling my pre-order. Currently typing from last year’s iPhone covered in a luxurious bullstrap case. Will surely be back for more.

Originally, my order didn't arrive, but I worked with customer service and they got it refunded without issue. I later reordered and everything arrived safely and seems to be of good quality.

Overall the experience has been good, shipping process definitely needs to improve, they should have options to ship through UPS/Fedex so it’s faster, USPS takes weeks up-to a month for International orders to be fulfilled.

Very poor experience. More than a month waiting with no delivery. Bullstrap claims the package is with customs but provided no courier name, tracking number, or proof of shipment, then asked me to check with customs myself. Unacceptable service.

Very disappointing experience. I paid almost €100 for a watch band that took nearly two months to arrive. Since the tracking had not updated for weeks, Bullstrap considered the package lost and sent a replacement. The original package eventually arrived, but after only four days of normal use, the watch band was already coming apart along the edges, despite never being exposed to water. What makes this even more disappointing is that Bullstrap wanted to count the replacement they had already sent for the supposedly lost package as one of my Limited Lifetime Warranty replacements. I contacted them again about the actual quality issue and provided photos, but received no response. For a nearly €100 “premium” watch band, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bullstrap.

Placed an order for iPhone 16 Pro following link from Slickdeals with wrong iPhone defaulted.i overlooked to switch it to iPhone 16 Pro Max. Realized right after the order and wrote customers service to make the Adjustment same color different size, it was same price. Also followed up in 5 hours with another request to confirm that they won't shipment I correct size. After 15 hours I get shipping confirmation and customer service response that sorry your order has been shipped. So keeping it short they knowingly shipped me wrong item non-returnable to force a purchase they knew I did not need. They also won't exchange it now even at my expense. Take notes that customers don't matter to this company and avoid them like a plague for your own sanity.

Unethical return process - Stay away

I bought leather case - which was poorly designed and then I initiated return. And their return process is absolutely horrible. They are intentionally making it difficult to return.

They asked to take video that it is in good condition and they have to approve it, then they don't pay for shipment - I paid out of pocket. They don't pay you back the shipment cost for delivery.

And even after doing all of this, I had to follow up after 5 days to ask for return - still hasn't received it.

Never ever going to buy anything from Bullstrap.

Love my leather case and had excellent experience with their support for a warrant replacement. Will be my go to case till the day i die

I have always had a great experience with Bullstrap. Their customer service is great, and the products are even better.

Ordered a Bullstrap case on 12/9. Website promised 24-hour processing and delivery in 2–6 days after shipping.

It’s now 1/22/26 — still no shipment, no proactive communication, and I only learned it was backordered after chasing support myself.

Premium prices, bargain-bin customer communication. Would not recommend.

Ordered a case 6 weeks ago, money paid right away, and then nothing; no shipping, no "your order is delayed, sorry", no response to emails, nothing.
Their site looks awesome and the product (if you ever get it) might be okay, but this company has no clue about how to run a business and customer service.
Stay away from them, or you'll be dissapointed.

The phone case looks decently cool, but after I paid $90 for it, the backside of my phone shattered with it on, and the “lifetime” warranty is actually only in place until you get a new phone (they won’t give you a different model case) I’ve had a pretty terrible experience with the company
