They won’t refund, unhelpful staff.
When you buy online from this company you would expect to be able to return an item within 28 days but this is where it all goes wrong. Staff completely refused any help. I asked them to organise the courier for which I was prepared to pay. I was told to find a courier myself and return the item within 3 days! I paid £97 to return the item with Tracked courier but was again refused the refund as the packaging was damaged in transit. No photos of any damage to the item were provided by Buttercup. I was advised to make a claim with the courier company. No refund from Buttercup!

Having taken the time to investigate this, we can see this is not reflective of your experience.
When you requested to return for change of mind, this is to be returned by yourself as per our terms and conditions. We are very mindful that large items need to be packaged correctly and that you should add insurance for the return to cover against any potential issues.
This was outlined in the return acceptance email we sent you.
We also didn't prevent your return and we assisted with the address to send this back to the correct workshop. Which in turn was why you were able to return this.
This arrived back to our warehouse damaged, as we reported to you and i can see the customer service representative sent across the information and the images. We requested further images, and offered those to you, should you need them for the claim.
We have had no response to any of the emails we sent, including those that have been sent from the Customer Service Manager.
Please do respond if you need further information for the courier claim as we are more than happy to assist you to ensure you receive the funds from them.
We have been actively trying to help you, so we are disappointed to see this.

We requested further information from you from this review so that we could contact you.
The email on your order, is the same that you have supplied to Trustpilot, however you told us this wasn't your email address and used another to contact us regarding the collection.
During this time we had been sending emails to arrange collection of the item in question.
You re-ordered the very same item, after the listing was corrected, and you did receive the correct item second time around.
We had booked collections for the items you wished to return, but these were not sending to either of the addresses you supplied us.
Since, we have tried to re-contact and all the emails are bouncing back.

Excellent service.
I was looking for a medium growhouse and they had just the one I was looking for. It was easy to order and was despatched by Access Garden Products. I was kept regularly informed of the progress of delivery which arrived within the stated delivery time. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recomend.

Excellent product and service.
We found a beautiful faux potted Orchid in a local home decor shop that we loved, but decided to check online with the product code, to try and get a better price. I couldn’t believe the savings and free delivery that Buttercup Farm offered.
Upon delivery, which took only a few days, we were delighted. Would definitely use again.
