Helpful and patient with all my questions, as this was my first incident and was not quite sure about what is it that I needed to do

Great insurance had no problems with anything it was great to being able to use the service and paying monthly.

I’ve been with ByMiles 3 years running now. They are unbeatable price wise and service has been outstanding throughout. I’m a low miles driver and there are too many insurance companies out there charging far too much considering the lack of annual miles doen. Bymiles has a fair system where you can actually pay for the miles you do keeping insurance costs down. The instant chat service (between the hours they operate) is great as I’ve been able to get answers right away without having to wait around forever to respond like with so many other companies I’ve dealt with. Overall a great experience and I cannot fault them. I haven’t had to make a claim so cannot share any views on that but for what I’ve needed them for so far am happy and would highly recommend them. P.s this is not a paid ad just an honest review from a nobody.

I would like to add that the support I received from By Miles was excellent. Their responses were clear, timely, and very helpful throughout the process, which made resolving the issue straightforward.

Cheapest deals I know of, you get an app to manage the policy and contact customer support

I am hoping that By Miles will do as they say and refund me any overpayment due at the end of my contract. I really like the idea of paying for the miles i drive in the year of my policy. I'm disappointed that my insurance will not be renewed when it is due. Other than that I have had no problems being insured with By Miles.

From being able to get a quote right through to receiving the mile tracking device I had to put into my car everything went easily and very quickly. When I phoned saying I had a problem put the device on I was sent an extension cable very swiftly. Very happy.

I love that i know just how many miles I have driven and how much the travel has cost me. I also like that I can find where my car is parked.

By Miles are an excellent company and it's a shame they're ending. I had good value car insurance with them for a couple of years and the customer service and ease of use with the app etc was excellent. For my upcoming renewal I've found another cheaper insurer, however their 5 emails later, confirmation instructions which go round in circles, and general clunkiness of their technical side highlight the superior service of By Miles.

rather than paying X amount of pounds per month took out this policy and pay by mile, does make you think that journey is going to cost but only use car occasionally and per month cheaper
