Beautiful quality
I first ordered bedding for my own bed, and when it arrived I was delighted with the quality. So I updated the bedding in two of the other bedrooms, and again the quality and colours were super. The process of ordering ,processing and delivery to my door was excellent. I thought I got really good value for my money because all the items were well discounted in sale. Overall I would definitely recommend this company

Avoid ordering from this online store -- scam. You will be hit with surprise charges upon delivery which they will decline to reimburse you for. They will accept refunds only if you cover all of the surprise costs and shipping fees. Customer service is also rude and unhelpful.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the additional charges incurred upon delivery. As these are import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, unfortunately they are outside of our control.
As outlined on our Delivery & Returns page, all international orders outside the EU are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customers are charged for the products and shipping costs at checkout, while any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are collected separately by the carrier, in this case DHL.
We always recommend that customers check with their local customs authority before placing an order, as duty and tax charges can vary by country and some destinations have thresholds below which no additional fees apply.
We sincerely apologise for any frustration this has caused and appreciate your understanding.

This is my second order from Murmur. Good quality products, good price and quick delivery. Easy to order on website. I did see a comment that someone didn't progress their order because you wanted a phone number - well they have missed out!!! You've not contacted me by phone and presume it's only required if there's a problem with the order or the delivery driver cannot find your address.
