I finally feel safe in my Canadian home.
I think that Byrna makes a great product. I wish that their prices were somewhat better, but what is it worth to protect your family? I live in Canada, where it is pretty much illegal to protect yourself but as you all say in the U.S. 'I would rather put my fate in the hands of 12 than be carried by 6.' As the world moves further and further from the truth and society begins to unravel, I think it is more important now than ever to have an effective way to keep yourself and your family safe. I never want to be the one who laments "I could have done more." Thank you, Byrna, for a great product and great service. God Bless.

I’m a single mom who now lives in a remote area after living in Manhattan. I’ve always felt like a sitting duck with absolutely no way to protect me or my kids. I procrastinated placing a Byrna order even though I really wanted one for 6 months because I was so afraid of sounding stupid with all my questions even after thoroughly reading through the informative Byrna website. Yesterday I called Byrna and got the lovely and informed Rachel who patiently answered all my questions, listened to my needs and fears and helped me choose. You guys are the best. And Byrna is the healthiest non-addicting sleep aide ever.
Speedy fast
It took me just a few minutes, maybe 2, to get a real person on the phone, his name was Troy,I was surprised!
Troy sounded very professional and knowledgeable right off the bat. I explained my issue and it took Troy 30 seconds, or less,to have several links to me so I could find what I was looking. Also I had an issue with one of the clips for my Byrna, I sent him pic's and problem solved! GREAT JOB TROY!! 1
Byrne LE does it’s job!
Our son gave me as a gift the Byrna LE.
Last night we had an intruder enter our yard and proceed to our front door. I stepped out of the house and gave him a warning not to proceed any farther. The warning worked, he left the property without any other altercations. The police arrived shortly after.

Rachel in the customer service department is the kind of person who makes a customer feel that he is not a number but an individual who matters. She is a tremendous asset to Byrna. In fact, she’s the kind of employee Byrna can’t survive without. In short, I had experienced several issues with my original order and was finding the customer service department lacking in its responses until I found Rachel who immediately took charge of my situation and began to solve the issues for me. We are still working on ironing out the details but her professional and direct approach gives me hope that we will get to a mutually agreed solution.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Bought the Compact Launcher during Overland Expo Mountain West. Pretty expensive but I was okay with that. During the purchase I asked if there was a show special and the guy, who was not the friendliest, threw in some additional projectiles and added their CO2 Cartridges to the pile. No asking if I wanted them or if I was okay with the additional cost, so of course I thought that was the "show special" that I had asked about. Of course the receipt was online so I didn't actually see that I was charged $85 for those extras that I thought were show special "sweetenrs". Wrong!!

I can't brag enough about my experience with Byrna.com website/chat. I placed my 1st order (midday) and received it the very next day. I am not kidding it was extremely fast and easy service. Then, I went back placed an order for the actual holder for it but a couple hours later I realized I ordered the incorrect one. I initiated a chat session to check into this issue with my questions. The agent not only helped me order the correct one but also answered every question that I had patiently, while helping me to get the correct accessories to the exact Byrna we ordered, also reminded me to order the other items that was on my previous order, WITHOUT pressure, while also helping to get my previous order for the incorrect items returned/refunded. We will definitely be using this company again and again. However, I must admit that it is unfortunate we feel the need to have to revert to this type of protection for our family, it is just how the world has become today! We are totally grateful that they are there!

Byrna not only makes fantastic products, but their customer service has been bar-none. Both times I've talked to a Rep they were both knowledgeable and friendly.
No himhawimg about prices or anything. Reached out inquiring about a repair and they had a figure for me instantly.
I highly recommend their products, especially the LE model with Kinetic rounds. I am someone who has led a rough life, and knowing I have a Byrna at my side to keep me safe, without having to ruin or take someone's life gives me piece of mind.
Also just an all around great training tool.
Pick up one of their Less Than Lethals. I promise you won't regret it.
The ordering was easy
The ordering, delivery, etc., went very well. When I received my Byrna in the mail, I got it loaded and ready to use in just a few short, easy steps. When I show it to my friends they all rush to the website to check it out. This is a great tool! As soon as I can talk my wife into one…I’m buying another one!
Wine Country Widow
I’m 69 years old and was widowed 1.5 years ago. I live alone is a somewhat rural area. My husband had a CCW, and with him gone, I felt insecure at night. He had put me through a firearm safety course, but honestly I don’t remember a lot of it. I was concerned that in the event of a break-in, I may hesitate to use lethal force to protect myself. I KNOW I would not hesitate with a Byrna. It’s also useful against wildlife (we have some aggressive coyotes out here.) I’m now considering buying the Byrna CL to carry with me.

Had a slight problem with first shots
Had a slight problem with first shots, but Byrna customer service corrected it for me in minutes.
The launcher is a little large for my hand which the trigger harder than it needs to be, but I am 5'2and 101 lbs with hands to match. so...
Anyway, it is too large for either of my ccw holsters but that is not a serious setback. The sights are working for me and that counts a lot as I have bad eyesight and would rather not shoot a hapless bystander instead of a bad guy.
Actually have had no more experience with this device since it came Tuesday, but I think I'm going to enjoy the feeling of being able to carry again.
Thanks to Commiefornia I can't get gas balls so will have to try not to kill anyone if I ever have to use it for defense.
