Allison is a phone champion…
Allison has a really nice phone personality & voice making the customer feel relaxed and treated with concern and care. I wish ever customer care person that I deal with had the same attitude and care that Allison displayed during our conversation and she resulted in getting me to spend over $2500 in my new order. Allison is a keeper!

This company does great things. Their customer service is outstanding especially Allison, like the others, is an extremely valuable employee to the company. Their products are first rate and top qualitry and they stand behind their products. You cannot go wrong if you want a product that they make.
Over all it was a learning experience
Over all it was a learning experience, especially the legal mumbo jumbo that comes along with it. I have always wanted to learn how to handle a gun, but never applied for a LTC. This was a great option to start the ball rolling. I have the SD launcher. It packs a good punch, but it's bulky, and heavy. The trigger pull is to long as well. From a self defense stand point, I think its good for home protection, or in your car. But not for concealed carry, it's hard to control.

Dealing with Byrna has been smooth and easy. I had a problem with my launcher and the fixed it quickly and shipped it back also quickly. In a world where it can be difficult to business especially after the sale, Byrna is one company that stands by their products, they resolve issues quickly, addresses problems and solves them efficiently.
Sam is phenomenal
Sam was nothing short of phenomenal; first that she reached out to me to fix an order issue was to begin with a big surprise. I live abroad working for the military and getting in touch with me is difficult. Then when one combines her friendly and professional communication skills with her knowledge and command of the skills necessary to correct the problem and the efficiency with which she accomplished that made the entire experience a pleasure. Sam is an outstanding member of your organization and has made my purchase of your company‘a products possible.

Dead if used in and Emergncy
Decided to try the gun so to make sure it would work. First shot the ball rolled out of the barrel as did the 5th shot, with only 2 firing as they should and one with power enough that it wouldn't hurt a fly. I'm going to check the 2 other Byrma guns that I have had for a few months to see how they work. I should be able to pull them out with a new unbroken Co2 cannister, and the first shot being as strong as using an already broken cannister?
I'm very disappointed with this new Byrma. If I had to use it in an emergency, I would be dead! Tried to return the defective one today, which didn't work right out of the box. Thus, fed up with Byrna as the weapons are unreliable for defense. Even though the out-of-the-box weapon was only shot once and in that it did not work I can't return for a refund. My Update: However, the various potential points of failure and operational limitations mean that many experts advise against relying on them as a primary defense in a life-threatening situation.
Byrna with bad CO2 and NO help from Byrna customer service
Purchased Byrna with bad CO2 cartridges. Contacted Byrna and was informed no shelf life to cartridges and cannot leak out prior to puncture. I got news for them I have a whole carton of FAILED CO2 cartridges and thought the problem was with the gun. Thankfully it was the CO2 cartridges as the 2nd box works fine. BOY AM I GLAD I DIDN'T NEED TO USE THIS FOR PERSONAL PROTECTION. Great idea HORRIBLE customer service. There needs to be a way to identify full cartridges so you don't install a dead one when you really need it

I initially ordered a Mission 4 launcher. Unfortunately I came to find out that the launcher was out of stock and there was no expected date of restock. I requested a refund and after reviewing the return/refund policy with customer service, I was quickly refunded. I then used the funds to purchase a TCR - which was in stock - and received it sooner than projected.
I was impressed with the quality of that launcher and I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me for my safety.
I appreciate how quickly customer service has responded to inquiries and worked through issues. I would definitely work with Byrna in the future and will keep an eye on their products.

Don't buy the cl they are over priced garbage
Well I bought my byrna cl and I have sent it back going on three times within two months because the co2 keeps blowing up in the gun.
