I placed the order on-line and received no confirmation until I reached out 4 days later. I was beginning to think it was a scam. Shipping date was missed by a week and again I wasn't notified if the delay. Really messed with our schedule. Quality of cabinets is good and only had one ding on the cabinets.

Wonderful experience here. We ordered the Vienna in White and couldn't be happier with the quality. The prices were the best online that we could find as well. The customer service was amazing - we requested an extension to report damage and they were quick to respond and made it easy. The delivery process was smooth and shipping was fast. As other people have mentioned the instructions aren't detailed but we assumed that it's because they're mainly dealing with experienced buyers such as contractors. However, we're a couple of diy'ers and we were able to figure it out. If you've had any experience with building furniture at home, such as IKEA, you'll be fine.

We are very pleased with CabinetSet RTA cabinets. They are quality cabinets made of real wood. The cabinets always arrived on time and were easy to put together. Their customer service is outstanding.

No item did not match color was way off but same part number

The experience with CabinetSet.com was easy and quick. However, they need to work on their shipping. The shipper sent three emails indicating that I would be contacted to arrange a deleivery time and I never was. They showed up at my house without warning and I was at work. It was either let them deleiver them or they would be sent back delaying my project. I have some damaged boxes but have not been able to get to opening them to see if I have damage. Make sure to be proactive with their shipping service and do not wait for them to contact you.

Ordered sample cabinets which arrived very quickly. This helped in making our decision on which cabinets to purchase.

Fast shipping on the sample. But only thing is the sample scratch and chip easy. So not sure of the long term just my honest opinion.

Irina is great she made the design/process go smooth, have not recieved the cabinets yet but I'm told we will love them, worried about frameless cabinets...
