From 15 months of the whole 350 sq m London house renovation from the scratch the installation of the small approx 12 sq m stone hall took already 7 month and still I don’t see the happy end of the story . Just because I relied on this company and especially the templating service, which costs a few thousand pounds . For 7 months I have been receiving constantly wrong pieces or haven’t received anything just because templating person - in a very disrespectful way - told he was too busy to pay attention to my too small project and always blaming me and my team . Absolutely shocking expensive experience and very poor customer service . Cant recommend this company unfortunately. Was a big fan of their projects until started mine.

Samples sent promptly and good quality and well packaged

The Tiles were just as advertised both in colour and texture. Beautifully packed in double boxes with insulation. Even so, some were broken whilst in delivery transit. They were instantly replaced. Excellent products and customer service.

This company really do not care about their customers and just want to rip you off with as little service as they can get away with.

Be careful before you order because they will not help you with delivery which is Kerbside only. This is not clearly highlighted as part of the ordering process, but the company direct you to their delivery and returns page which is not advertised clearly before you buy.

'Large orders are delivered on a large curtain sided lorry with a tail lift, kerbside only.In both cases the driver cannot assist with moving goods into your property.'

They were not helpful when I explained I was a single female with no family in the area to help out and just asked if I wanted to cancel the order and they couldn't help further. Also be aware for large delivery orders they charge £75 additional for delivery and for small orders (I ordered just 1 box of tiles at the end of the project as the contractor was short due to the amount of cut offs and this was charged at £28.75 which I think is absolutely disgusting).

As with most bathroom projects, mine did not go smoothly and took a lot more time to complete than expected (7 weeks instead of 2). Obviously I needed all the materials from the outset including the tiles. I had an £89 box of tiles left over and when I requested to return these I was told that I was outside of the 30 days and there was nothing they could (i.e. wanted to) do about it. I explained how disappointing this was and that they would lose me as a future customer and did they value a return over repeat business and they must be happy to because they never responded. It was so arrogant, but I will never purchase from them again.

You need to know if you are going to purchase the tiles that you need to be prepared not to have any kind of customer service, be ripped off for delivery and have no option beyond 30 days if your project goes that far to return. I would recommend to read the delivery and returns section on their website before you buy.

You have up to 30 days of the delivery being received/ collected to return goods to us. Also they won't refund if the packaged is damaged in transit and you will have to go through your courier if you have taken pictures etc of the tiles beforehand. Nightmare

I also need to mention they take 15% off your refund (of the products you have paid for) for restocking. I mean that should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

If there are damages on your delivery to us, we will take photos to aid you in any claim with your courier.

You can't help but be inspired when visiting the Hartley Whitney showroom. The colour coordinated displays of all the various tiles are beautiful. Before you know it you've designed three bathrooms!

Having used Capietra tiles for our orangery floor, bathroom, and fireplace hearths we knew the quality was first class. We wanted something different for our cloakroom and chose their gorgeous Wightwick emerald tiles as they have such a distinctive variegated colour pattern. We absolutely love the result and think they look amazing

Super quality and such a versatile tile to create either a simple or more complex design but with simplicity of a square tile!

This Company hasn't got a clue about shipping heavy porcelain tiles. I ordered 7 boxes of tiles and paid for a pallet delivery. Ca' Pietra in their infinite wisdom shipped them in 4 large single wall cardboard boxes with rolled paper packing. The journey from Ca' Pietra meant they were off-loaded and on-loaded on to the couriers vans more than seven times. The consequences were disastrous. Two of the cardboard boxes had burst open and the contents had obviously come out of the box such that 3 packs of tiles were put back into one of the boxes. It was unclear how many tiles were actually broken but two packs of tiles were smashed.
I took some photographs and sent these to Ca' Pietra and asked for just two boxes to be replaced. I then telephoned the Company and the young lady I spoke with apologized and said they would send out replacements immediately.
I then received an email from an Internal Account Manager requesting more photographs because he could only see one box of broken tiles. I telephoned him and explained the situation but he was insistent and effectively asked for a photograph of all the broken tiles before they would be replaced.
I sent another email together with further photographs but it was clear from the response that it didn't meet his needs so I spoke with a Supervisor who effectively supported the request for more photographs.
The upshot of all of this was that I requested Ca' Pietra collect all the tiles and make a full refund which the Head of Operations subsequently agreed to do.
The amount of aggravation caused by what was a total lack experience in shipping heavy items or the desire to make a little bit more money by skimping on the method of shipping having charged for pallet shipping and then the total lack of trust of the customer by the Company has been horrendous. So beware ordering anything fro Ca' Pietra.

Ordered samples, which were delivered very quickly. Beautiful tiles. Looking forward to making a bigger purchase soon.
