Ordered samples. Good price and came in tact.

Delivery on time and lovely tiles. Only issue was that the delivery company did not let me know they had delivered! A quick call to Ca' Pietra confirmed all was ok.

The product is gorgeous! We're really happy with the product.

What let it down is the delivery. We ordered 500 extra small square tiles, and they weren't in any packaging - just loose! We had to spend an hour or so hand picking each tile up from the crate that was left on the pavement, and into the house on an evening when the delivery arrived. The larger tiles we ordered also weren't in any protective packaging, which we were shocked by. All for less waste, but also into more convenience/ease for customers. So there is a gap for you to fix please for next time!

Otherwise, gorgeous product, quick delivery, friendly delivery driver and we were mostly happy!

Unfortunately some of the tiles we ordered from the NTS Glass House range have blemishes.

Tiles bought at outlet, sadly not the amount of tiles available as advertised. Staff managed to find more tiles and fingers crossed enough to finish the job. After initial feeling of being let down, they came up trumps very quickly. Tiles are amazing.

Great service. Fast turn around. Products arrived in excellent condition. Delivery driver went above and beyond to position the pallets as close to our working area as practically possible.

The tiles are nice, but “delivery” is appalling.
Paying £75 on top of expensive tiles should mean they at least attempt delivery! They look at google maps and don’t actually try, we have had lots of large lorries delivering and I also said they could leave at the end of the drive if worried, but it was refused so a 2 hour round trip to collect and no offer of compensation for a delivery charge that never happened, plus patronising responses from their customer service would mean I would not recommend Ca Pietra. I wish I had just ordered from a well known bathroom website as they have delivered on a large lorry without issue and much more reasonable delivery charges.
