Lady was attentive and extremely helpful

I called Care check today and a lady helped me resolve the issue I was having, very patiently.

I booked online for a demo on how to use the website for enhanced dbs. The team were very helpful in ensuring I received the link for the demo. During the demo, Sarah R was very nice and informative. I was really able to grasp the concept and everything about how the website works. I was also able to ask questions on anything I was unsure about. Overall, I would recommend any organisation to sign up with Care Check Ltd for Dbs or even to just do the demo to see if it is for them.

As a provider requiring Care Check service, we had only used the service once, but now required a number of checks to be undertaken. We had a few technical issues around logins and access, due to the administrator being off work. I called for assistance, an immediate answer and spoke with an advisor called Charlotte D. She was welcoming, professional and most importantly, very understanding . She was not only able to resolve the issue but assist me in enhancing the process by adding some more users. Could not recommend Care Check enough for this type of service and thank you Charlotte for being so helpful and supporting us in utilising this service to its full efect.

I needed an account set up for my new role so that I could check DBS applications for my team, and the team at Care Check organised this very quickly for me. I had then noticed a typo in my name (unusual spelling) and Sarah sorted this so promptly.

Fantastic customer service experience with Elisha. My company is relatively new to the Care Check platform. I encountered some technical issues(100% operator error) which i required assistance with. I contacted customer support, Elisha took my call and walked me through the issue, stayed on the call until the issue was fully resolved. Elisha was ultra-patient and really good to deal with.
