We’ve had a very positive experience with CareLineLive overall. The platform continues to improve, and we’ve been especially pleased with the introduction of GP Connect and the expansion of features such as the announcement function. The team is fantastic—always helpful, polite, and professional in every interaction.
While some items on the roadmap do take longer than we might hope to be resolved, the quality of the updates when they arrive makes them worth the wait. It’s clear that CareLineLive genuinely listens to its customers and is committed to delivering a system that works well for the sector.

I recently contacted Careline Live regarding an issue I was unable to resolve myself, specifically related to medication management within the rostering system. Although I cannot recall the representative's name, we communicated through the online messaging platform, and she was very helpful. She guided me through the process clearly and efficiently, enabling me to to complete the task without delay.

Lewis was my true account recovery hero and a real genious . Recovering a deleted user account looked so difficult for me and my workmates. I came up with the idea to use the admin technical support service. And it proved to be the best decision to take in this situation. Lewis asked me the details and messages that the user received for the specific Error they had. Then he just helped us what to do and we got a great result. He was so patient and reassuring me that we can fix the problem together which we did. Thank you so much.

We have worked with CareFor for since January 2017, and I can honestly say that nothing has been too much trouble. We have worked alongside them to ensure that the software reflects what is needed for a home care company. From how care plans should appear, to the mobile app, eMAR, payroll and many more innovative functions to evidence the care delivered. When we started with them we had around 20 staff and 40 customers.....we now have over 100 staff and around 160 customers and CareFor has had no problem reflecting this growth.
If an issue arises we are able to email support and we rarely wait more than 10 minutes before the issue is either resolved or more info is required, a quite brilliant support team!
I would not hesitate to recommend them as the perfect software solution for Domiciliary Care.

It was great to see Marie and Merina from Care line live host a webinar for marketing, as a new manager I wanted to add more notches on to my belt and found that there was a lot of things I did not consider and may not have known without further training. Great delivery and explanation as well as seeing first hand websites which related to home care. Responsive to all questions and supportive. I have been on a couple of webinars with Care Line Live now and I enjoy them as well as them being beneficial and appropriate.

Even when proved unsuitable due to my locations having poor connection, they gave a full refund of all monies paid, even though I had been connected to their services for around 4 months. You can be 100% confident with this company

We have lately started to have problems with the app that are never resolved. Previously when we call the support team they ask what the problem is and get it resolved there and then. In the last few weeks we have been having problems with login in, sync issues, hanging system. when you log a report you are asked to send evidence and that seem to be the end of it. I have problems logged weeks ago with no solution and no feedback. The new problem is a very serious one affecting almost all the 30plus care workers, it was previously selected few now it cuts accross. The company need to wake up and address this issue. the support team seem helpless this time.
