Paid extra to receive in time for Christmas, didn't arrive. I have contacted both their Facebook page and email, they don't answer either of them, very poor customer service. Wish I had ordered from many other companies that do the same thing, don't waste your time and money on this.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Ordered as it stated that they would deliver for Christmas. Nothing. The order has been left as unforfilled since the purchase was made. Should get a reply to emails within 2 days...still waiting.
Complete waste of time and money. There are other companies out there with the same style, so will be using them and canceling this order. Canceling either through the bank as there are scam warnings, or through these idiots if they actually do reply to the email.

EDIT "JEFF" has agreed to cancel and refund the order.... 10 Working Days Later....STILL NO REFUND. Oh and the company wanted me to prove to Trust Pilot that I had ordered.

Great smells - fast delivery and fantastic customer service!

Ordered my carfume was delivered quick and had no problems from ordering to delivery . Then I tried it and boy was I amazed at the smell to good for car so using it in doors .

I ordered on the 11th December 3-5 day delivery and they haven’t shipped it and customer service do not reply. They also sent fake tracking details. I reported it to my bank as a scam and the bank have given me my money back and lodged a complaint with Carfume.

Failed to deliver an order anywhere near the time frame stated, never updated me regarding the order and ignored all communication attempts. Had my bank refund me the money because they are evidently useless and incompetent

Submitted an online order on 11/12, items for my mums Christmas present. It’s now 20/12. Emailed the company 2 days ago and still no reply but they have certainly taken my money. Now have the stresses of trying to find something else. I won’t be ordering from this company again

I placed a small order on 11th December in readiness for a birthday present required on 20th December.

I contacted customer service on 17th December and was told that my order would be dispatched in 24 hours.

A further 72 hours have passed and still not even been dispatched.

I would not buy from here again and would tell everyone else to stay away also.

Ordered on the 3rd Dec and still not despatched my order after promising it would be sent by the end of last week! Do not recommend!

Order placed on the 6th December, order has not been shipped. Was promised it would be shipped by the end of last week and still waiting. I am now not going to get this in time for Christmas.
Shocking service, I have requested a refund twice and still waiting. My next action will be to log it with my bank as a scammer.

Ordered Alien and Savage car sprays and the smell is so like the actual fragrances. Large size cans and lasts well. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 items end of November, it’s now 16th December and still nothing has been received.
Communication is rubbish, customer service is rubbish, would strongly recommend avoiding using this company

Highly recommend these scents and sprays.

Not even recieved my products

I ordered on the 4th and hadn't heard anything about dispatch. I emailed them on the 9th of December and they just said that it'd be dispatched within two days and refunded me my postage. I have still not had a dispatch email and it's now the 14th. They just said that don't worry, it'll be there plenty of time before Christmas. My order wasn't a Christmas present. I still do not have a dispatch and don't think I'll ever actually get the products I've ordered.

Carfume products are just lovely for gifting, very nicely packaged and the fragrances smell wonderful. Would recommend and will definitely buy again.

So pleased I purchased my car scents from Carfume. The savage scent was lovely but the Snowangel scent is my new favourite and my car smells amazing. I’ll definitely be buying again. All items were very well packaged. Thank you :)
