Horrible experience!!
Horrible experience!!! I applied for a refinance. I was told that I was approved and would receive a call within a week to close. That was over a month ago. I have called dozens of times. Nobody there has a clue what they are doing. DO NOT waste your time with this company!

Great fast service
Great fast service. A lot of running around printing stuff and sending docs here and there. But, it was an overall enjoyable experience. I was slightly confused about loan direction though. I knew I was working with Caribou then I ended up with a3rd party financier, so got confused jumping back and forth between emails from each and what was needed. I am also refinancing loan to lower monthly amount going out, for a home purchase. So, it could be just all of the different stuff pulling me every which way.

My experience with Caribou was exciting at first but my interest rate is still iffy, but a whole lot better with this company than what I had before. I love my warranty, and customer service was always great with the two ladies I spoken with.
