Wonderful refinance process!
Getting our vehicle refinanced through Caribou was such an amazing process. They did all of the work to find the best rate for our auto loan that we were upside down in. The process was so easy and there were no hidden costs or fees involved. Once we applied and submitted all the necessary documents, they quickly found an option that saved us $250 a month. They were great with communication throughout the entire process and once we got the POA back the loan was quickly funded. We will definitely do business with them again!

Hidden fees that added 2% to an auto…
Hidden fees that added 2% to an auto loan refinance. When I called them about it they ducked the calls.
They got back to me five days later to explain that this was a “loan origination fee” that they buried in the documents. I asked about the extra amount above the payoff and they said that it was to ensure a 30-day payoff figure. I questioned this three times and they apparently lied all three times. They kept $870 on an auto refinance - total ripoff. DO NOT USE CARIBOU - you’ll be their next victim!

Refinancing two vehicles was a simple process. From start of the application to funding was less than a week. I was able to lower my payment, interest rate and term. Everybody involved was kind and considerate. I would recommend Carobou to anybody looking to refinance their vehicles.

Shorten the time process
Staff was nice but shouldn't take as long as it is to refinance this vehicle i have refinanced vehicle before never too this long so because of this i will not refer anyone i know to be put what i went threw i almost back out this loan stay with my other loaner so shorten how long it take stop jumping the bower around the usa

Took much longer than I was told it…
Took much longer than I was told it would take. I would go a couple of days at a time with my loan person not responding to us. You asked for copies of the same documents over and over. 700.00 was a bit expensive, saw reviews that said it was 500.00??

Bad business
Was going refinance a vehicle.with them. Had different people quoting me a payment amount and one man they said shouldn't have quoted me a price cause he was from Pakistan. They tried selling me gap and extended warranty that I already had. Do you self a favor and don't waste your time with a company that lies about details and had three different people talking to you. Their are much better companies than this. Also they kept talking over me when I tried to give them the info they was asking for, so I had to keep repeating myself
