Helpful and provided any extra information. Murad and Hassan went above and beyond.

Noel was superb from start to finish, really helpful through the whole process. Would recommend going to him

This company is very terrible when it comes to repairs. My inlaw bought a car still within 6month and subscribed to 1 year warranty, they had the car parked in their garage for close to 3 weeks without doing anything, they lied that they changed battery and starter. they are pathetic liar, if you like yourself and want peace of mind, please dont deal with this company. I have never experienced this kind of bad practices in the UK before. I wish he could take this up with consumers right.

Fantastic experience

They had Prepped the car exactly as specified
The whole process was extremely smooth / trading in my old car and buy my new car

Hassan and Murad answered all my question about the car / warranty, they were super helpful and great to deal with !

Very helpful and friendly, got a good discount, though had to work for it.

Great experience Pip was very helpful

Got my first Mercedes from here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team made sure the car was in excellent condition before delivery.

A special thanks to Moncef, who went above and beyond to ensure the car was presented in pristine condition, with all the factory-fitted tools and accessories complete and intact. Driving it away truly felt like driving a brand-new car.

Thank you for the outstanding service!

Please always ask for Shaz if you want to buy a car. Very cooperative person and always on customers side.

Pip was very helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. He made our experience very happy. We would buy from Cartime again.

This process was easy and we felt comfortable to ask questions and discuss the car. There was no pressure to buy and we would happily use the company again to purchase a car in the future.
