I was missing an escutcheon from my order. I didn't have my order number since I had the system for awhile. Yamy worked with me to figure out which part I needed and was very kind and timely in his responses. This is a great company to work with if needed and I am in love with my shower system. It works perfectly and I'm making friends and family jealous!

We purchased the M6630, 22" Wall Mounted Chrome Shower Systems with Handheld Shower. First of all, this product is really very nice looking in the high polished chrome. We could tell right away that the product was of high quality the moment the box picked up the box. Each piece was packaged in individual foam compartments. When installed the shower system looks absolutely beautiful with the chrome finish. This product is very high quality and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Unfortunately, after installation we noticed a scratch on the showerhead flange. We do not know if it was scratched during professional installation or not. When we contacted service at CASA Inc, and advise of the scratch, Yamy, the service rep, offered to send us a replacement part free of charge. We couldn't be more impressed with the product or the service. Bottom line: fantastic product with excellent customer support.

We have a sun-drenched patio, with an outdoor seating area consisting of a sofa, 2 large chairs, and a coffee table. Because it is always in direct sun, we needed an umbrella, but none of the ones we had looked at locally would have shaded the entire seating area. From Facebook, we found out about Casainc, and ordered their 15 FT Patio Market Umbrella in burgundy. It has worked flawlessly and more than covers the entire seating area in shade. I forgot to order a cover for the umbrella, so Jennifer from Service Support helped get that shipped out to us (in a matching color). Our experience with Casainc has been strictly positive!

I reported damage to the rings around the cooktop's knobs just 6 weeks afyer installation. These folks IMMEDIATELY Took action to identify the parts and get them shipped promptly. Communication was thorough and frequent, including to ensure everything worked out.

I ordered a showerhead system back in 2023. Since then, the wand hose has broken twice and the hot water cartridge had to be replaced. Camelia from customer service has been great. However, the product itself leave much to be desired.

Customer service including Jennifer was extremely nice and helpful. She answered my questions promptly and I got a response in 24 hours. She is sending me the parts I misplaced. Very happy.

After 25 years of wanting to do a complete overhaul of our bathroom. We have completed it.
We had chosen “Casainc” rain fall shower head faucet. It is absolutely amazing and has met our expectations.
The satin nickel finish is of top quality, water spot resistant is so nice.
This purchase was a worthwhile investment.
