I purchased the CasinC brass faucet with handheld shower wand for my new soaker tub.
The look and quality is very good The tub spout fills the tub quickly. I liked it so much I also purchased the matching dual shower set with rain head. It provides a very luxurious experience.
I needed to replace the hand held shower wand. Customer service helped figure out what part was needed within 24 hours. I would order this manufacturer again.

Purchased a shower assembly and had some leakage around the handle/nozzle. Emailed and Thomas in support was very helpful. Sent us a replacement diverter cartridge, did not require the old one returned. We installed new cartridge and everything was great, no more leaks. Excellent customer service!

Your people can't read. ordered a 60x32x4inch shower pan. you sent a 51x43x5 inch shower pan.
It was clear on shipping label 60x32x4inch and on box showed 48x36 inches.
8 days ago talked to customer service with no results
still waiting for results.
Will never buy from them again.

Diane was great. I explained the damaged part was my fault. I wanted to purchase the damaged part, however they replaced the entire order. I am extremely happy with my experience . Diane made sure I was happy with my experience.

Hi! I am overall very satisfied with the service I received! I was helped by Diane and Jane. The original product I purchased was missing the faceplate. I called in and was welcomed with friendly greeting and she got some information from me and reached out when she had a solution for me. They sent out a new plate, unfortunately it didn’t quite fit so we dove deeper in and was able to order a other plate that fit perfectly!

Diane was very helpful and patient in finding the correct replacement parts for my cup rinser. Thanks so much!

I was on a time crunch for a project and discovered that a part for the shower door was missing. I called the manufacturer and was connected with Dianne. The level of service she provided was amazing. Once it was confirmed that the part was in stock she made she it was overnights so that there was zero interruption in my project. Because of her, I will continue to do business with CasaInc.

Decided to order a 15’ umbrella from the company after reading several reviews. I’ve had it since 2023. No issues, but in the Inland Empire (Ca) heat it has held up pretty well. The fabric is resilient but recently torn. I reached out to the company and Jennifer provided outstanding service. Will order another one.

I order a shower faucet and the plumber lost the tiny parts that go in the shower handles I called customer service and they went above and beyond and found them really great customer service thanks again

Love that this faucet comes with light and sensor is sensitive as well. After a year though the sensor to stop the water from running just stopped working even if I changed the batteries. Am not sure if the instructions include how to turn it manually for whatever reasons. Too bad I lost the manual but overall I really really like it. Customer service is quick to reply and help with the issues. And am happy.

Ordered a shower door and was unfortunately missing pieces. Diane from the team really helped get everything done quickly and efficiently so I could install the door for my customer.

I purchased the Casainc Polished Chrome 3-Function Built-in Shower System from rona.ca about a year and a half ago.
Overall, I liked the product and enjoyed using it.
However, I noticed a very loud noise when using the bathtub spout. Later, I discovered that the aerator was missing.
I contacted Casainc's customer service, and the next day, I received a reply from Camellia. She asked for some additional details, and shortly after, my issue was resolved.
The only thing left is to install the replacement part in my bathroom.

Camellia responded quickly and assisted me with my concern. I was very pleased and happy with Camilla’s quick response. Great company to work with.

I purchased a shower system, my family and I loved it! It looks great in our bathroom and the quality is really good. It makes our bathroom look sophisticated and modern. I will be purchasing more for my other bathrooms!

I purchased a shower system through Amazon. The box and protection was very good. All the pieces were protected and well wrapped. The instructions matched exactly to the version I bought.
The quality of the components and valves were superior to any I have purchased before from European suppliers and this was half the cost.
The waterfall shower head was beautifully finished and had a very capable mounted bracket and hardware which was appropriate for installing into Durock. I am very happy with the product and would buy other shower equipment from CasaInc in the future.

I purchased one of the shower systems from CASAINC which includes a handheld shower and a rain shower. The product looks exactly like the photo described on the website. The handheld shower hose was broken after 2 years. I emailed CASAINC and Yamy was able to search through their inventory and find me replacement parts within 2 business days. The communication was very effective and Yamy was very helpful throughout this entire process. Will definitely recommend others to try their products.
