Brilliant service, the sales rep helped me through out the process, answered very clear of all my questions. Highly recommended!

Today as of 23/10/2025. After 2 attempts of fixing the leakage of Canopy. After yesterday and last night rain. Today around of the edge of the canopy still have water dripping in the edge and when we open the canopy light, it is full of water again. I write review again is because although it is same product, they provide services afterwards and service after service, the leakage problem is still there.

Ordered a front door for my new house last month. The overall experience is great. They responded my questions timely and give me the feeling that they know what they are doing during the whole process. Definitely will recommend a company like this.

We ordered a large pivot door from Casen Doors for our front entrance. Since it’s such an important part of our home, we took our time over a few months from the initial order to the final installation, but all the effort was absolutely worth it when we saw the finished result.

We ordered our front entrance from Casen after having done a lot of research- they were the most competitively priced option for the designer aluminium door we wanted. The ordering process was easy and William was great - he seemed very knowledgeable and gave us full support throughout the process. The door was delivered to us in 14 weeks but we were informed of the delay. The door itself was even better quality than what we expected and looked more beautiful than the pictures we were sent - I had seen some German alternatives in the market up close and this was better in quality and design - definitely worth the wait! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a designer door at a good price.

I love my new barn doors so much.
I didn’t think I would be able to find any to fit the large gap at an affordable price, but Casen doors did a brilliant job.
I sent a picture of roughly what I wanted and the measurements and they made them completely bespoke for me .
They were incredibly patient explaining everything and making sure I knew exactly what I was getting before I placed the order, and I got regular updates on delivery times etc. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I waited about 12 weeks to get my front door from the point of order. It was all worth when I got it installed. Amazing work from them and William was super helpful! Thanks for all the advice and keep me updated even when there was a delay.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Buying from Australia I was worried to order a door from another country. A lot of time and discussions went into designing my custom door to suit the space I needed it. William was amazing. Correspondence was fantastic always getting back to me promptly throughout the whole process and delivered a beautiful custom door.
