Item purchased not in the box when delivered. So far no replies to email or we chat to try and resolve
Scammers - Avoid!
Purchased the Thin white wooden frame with thin white mount - A1 on 26 December.
When the package arrived in January it was suspiciously light.
On opening I was only sent the mount.
I have emailed twice with no response. They don’t have a phone number so you cannot call them and their online chat is automated.
So now I have paid £60 for a £10 mount and no frame!
I am now going through my credit card company to make a claim.
Avoid this scam of a company.

Terrible experience, still waiting for my product and a reply
Terrible first time experience. Still waiting for my order... can’t get a reply from customer service. Was sent unframed print that was all scratched up too. Was told via email they would send me a framed print without any scratches, which is what I ordered and paid for. After numerous emails and chats and a couple of months, still no reply and no framed print.

Poor quality and poor customer service.
Received my frame and there were gaps in the wood and a chip. I contacted the company via email as per there returns and damages procedure and haven't heard anything back in over 2 weeks. I was disappointed in the quality of the frame for the price.
