I have used Caxton for over 10 years for travel. It has always been reliable and convenient for budgeting pre-trip and managing spending whilst away. Never have an issue transfering unused funds back to my current account post-trip and to topup for another trip is quick and easy. I have recommended Caxton to several people over the years. Just finished topping up for my latest adventure and at this point Caxton is as vital as my passport!

To cut a long story short, I had a problem with a renewed Caxton card being lost in the post. Via email, I was in touch with Keshawn Farquharson, who was brilliant from start to finish via email to get this problem solved. Shout out to Jessica Naprienko, too. Replacement card in post to Spain already.
It feels almost surreal for a financial service provider to be not just competent, but really sweet.

Had to change my surname on an expired card. Within 2 hrs of sending an email with my deed name change it was sorted and a new card in the post. Impressed :)

Can’t recommend this card and the customer service enough ✨✨
Been using it for nearly 4 years while travelling all over Asia , Malaysia and Australia
Customer Service has always been within 24 hours, maybe sooner because of my time differences.
The app is super customer friendly
So easy to load the card and transfer funds to friends accounts.
Added to Apple wallet and every transaction pops up on my Apple Watch and iPhone screen, making it very secure.

I needed to change my surname and email address so I contacted Caxton customer support. My query was answered instantly and the email address change was immediate. I was also offered a replacement card in my new name but because I was travelling abroad I requested that the new card be delayed until I returned to the UK. Customer service could not have been more helpful and when I requested the new card on my return, the request was actioned immediately. Outstanding service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a foreign currency debit card.
UPDATE: After returning from my trip abroad, I requested a replacement debit card in my new name and the response was lightning-fast and courteous as I had expected. The card arrived very quickly in the post. Outstanding service once more.

Got through on 0333 number immediately. No wait. I had locked myself out of my account. Very polite operator. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when line went dead, Keshawn rang me straight back. What amazing service. Problems solved in less than 5 minutes ( including callback). 5 stars.
