The best representative that I've EVER had from ANY vendor is my rep at CDI. My rep takes good care of me, and takes the time to understand MY school, and MY network and technology needs. Not just pushing "what's on sale today".

Quality computers and good service
The systems I have purchased from CDI have been of good quality. Mostly all A Grade condition. One unit I had a problem with and tested their warranty/service department. They worked with me to replace the defective component without hassle.
