My experience has been an absolute positive on. My rep Khai has taken care of me from the start of the request for information all the way after the order has been placed. He follows up to make sure everything is working well and the customer is happy. Should there be an issue Khai is on top of it.

I am quite happy to work with Khai and CDI. What a great team !!!!

Highly Recommend- We have done business with CDI for well over 10 years and they never disappoint. Their refurbished devices are always clean and operate as new. Rarely do we have a problem, but when we do, their customer service is quick to get us taken care of.

CDI Computers is my go to for all of our end device needs.

I would recommend them. The refurbished products are good and come with 3 year warranty. When there is a warranty issue they are really good at sending you the product from an RMA

I have been purchasing from CDI for over a decade as they are the sole supplier of computer hardware for my online radio station: Squirrel FM. We run everything on either off-lease desktops (our studio automation systems) or on refurbished Dell laptops (our remote on location systems) that we have purchased through CDI. We couldn't afford to do what we do if we were paying retail.

There are some recent errors on the last order, and the respective staff still have not taken care of their error

We have been working with CDI for over 5 years now. Initially, I was skeptical and concerned that they would not provide the 5 years of support that we purchased.
