I found the experience of choosing the funeral plan easier than I expected.
The advisor “Jayne” very helpful and although I was a bit confused as to what to expect but I was put at ease with the adviser and was pleased that she was very patient & explained everything that I needed to know.

We were very happy with the way everything went. Made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the door. We already made our mind up what we wanted defore we got there. We were dealt with young lady called Roisin she was so pleasant with us couldn’t have had anyone nicer , made everything so easy because we did a plan for both our funerals we weren’t upset about anything.
