I have asked for a complaints contact, to no avail. I have followed the route to contact you ‘via Trustpilot’ and it directs me to the portal again. You go round in circles with this company to contact anyone who a) cares b) responds.
The high scores this company receives must be from company employees, because I’m yet to meet anyone who can recommend them! I’ve paid £1000s to this company for 13 years. I am thoroughly frustrated.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I have lived in my apartment block for 2yrs and there are multiple issues with this site. Carpark leaks that damaged cars parked, damp and mould, vermin. The list goes on.Centrick to do carry out repairs when arranged nor update on any repairs you raise.

I had a positive experience with Centrick, particularly thanks to Shyleigh, the Tenancy Manager. She took the time to carefully review my concerns regarding my tenancy deposit, handled everything professionally, and resolved the matter promptly and fairly.

Liberty place is by far the best place I have ever lived at and that is being honest. saf the manager is absolutely fantastic and I think he is the main reason why liberty place so is accommodating.

A shed has been installed in one of the parking spaces. This is particularly concerning as the space in question is marked as a disabled parking bay, which is intended for use by the residents. Could you please confirm whether this installation has been authorised by the management company or by the freeholder? Given this situation, it would be helpful to understand what other alternative uses of communal parking spaces are permitted. Yet no reply nor investigation....

Estate Management: A Complete Failure to Act
Three weeks ago I reported that a shed had been erected in what is clearly marked as a disabled parking bay on our estate. I provided the exact location, explained the issue in detail, and attached photographs.
The response I received was, I quote :
"Is this an actual car parking space as it looks very narrow?"
No mention of investigating the site. No confirmation of whether permission was granted. No inspection. Just a question that could have been answered by reading the original report or visiting the location.
Disabled parking spaces exist for a reason. Whether the structure has permission or not should be established through a proper investigation—not by guessing from a photograph.
Residents deserve better than having legitimate concerns left unresolved for weeks. Not only is this resident occupying more parking spaces than are allocated (each flat is allocated one), but they're currently using two spaces and have now erected a shed alongside them.
It's unbelievable. What would happen if every resident decided to build a shed in the communal car park? There would be no parking left.
I'm also struggling to understand how this situation has been allowed to continue and how it has been handled by the management.

Devan was absoutely amazing - Failed to get through to the right team on a number of occasions and Devan was always there to help and ultimately resolved the issue. It would be amazing if it didn't take 2 hours on hold for it then to cut out!

Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company , been trying to contact customer service for over a week by phone and email to discuss my account, no response at all then I get £270 late payment fee charge when I’ve been trying to communicate with them . Credit control have no idea what’s going on !
